Իսկ ինչու պիտի ստորագրի, եթե առանց թղթի կտորի, առանց այդ «բարաթի» Հայաստանի այսօրվա իշխանությունները, պաշտոնական Երևանը բոլոր երևակայելի և աներևակայելի զիջումների գնում են, ինչո՞ւ ինչ-որ թուղթ ստորագրի: Այս մասին ԱԺ ճեպազրույցների ժամին ասաց «Հայաստան» դաշինքի պատգամավոր Արթուր Խաչատրյանը՝ պատասխանելով հարցին՝ արդյոք Ալիևը Երևանից հնչող հայտարարություններին ընդառաջ կգնա և օր առաջ կստորագրի խաղաղության պայմանագիրը։
«Հայտարարել են, որ տեքստը պատրաստ է, ի դեպ, եթե Ադրբեջանը դրա մասին չհայտարարեր, ես չգիտեմ՝ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները դրա մասին կխոսեի՞ն, թե էլի կփորձեին կոծկել: Բազմաթիվ նախապայմաններ են դնում՝ Սահմանադրության փոփոխություն, միջանցքի հարց, «պատերազմական հանցագործների» արտահանձնման հարց, հայցերի հետքաշում»,- ասաց նա:
Պատգամավորի կարծիքով՝ եթե Ադրբեջանի վրա լուրջ ճնշում չլինի, Ադրբեջանը այսօր որևէ թուղթ չի ստորագրի:
«Դուք կարծում եք, որ Փաշինյանը կարող է ճնշել Ալիևին, լավ կարող է ճնշվել, է թող դիմի հիմա: Ասում էր՝ այնպիսի գաղտնիքներ ունեմ, ես կպարտադրեմ խաղաղություն, դե թող գնա պարտադրի, թե ինքը միայն խորհրդարանի ներսում է ասլան կտրում, ի դեպ այն ժամանակ, երբ դահլիճում ընդդիմադիրներ չկային»,- ասաց նա:
