Հաշվի առնելով ընտրակաշառք տալու, ստանալու, ինչպես նաև ընտրության ժամանակ բարեգործության արգելքը խախտելու առերևույթ հանցագործությունների դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթներով հանրային մեծ հնչեղությունն ու լրատվամիջոցների կողմից վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին հասցեագրված բազմաթիվ հարցումները՝ տեղեկացնում ենք, որ նշված վարույթների շրջանակներում քրեական հետապնդումներ են հարուցվել 8 անձի, այդ թվում՝ Գյումրիի ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրություններում առաջադրված քաղաքական ուժերի ներկայացուցիչների ու համակիրների նկատմամբ: Հիշյալ բոլոր անձինք ձերբակալվել են ընտրակաշառք տալու, ստանալու, խմբով ընտրակաշառք տալու նախապատրաստության, ինչպես նաև ընտրության ժամանակ բարեգործության արգելքը խախտելու մեղադրանքներով: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեից։
Նախաքննության ընթացքում խուզարկություններ են կատարվել Գյումրիի ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրություններում առաջադրված երկու կուսակցությունների գրասենյակներում և մի շարք անձանց բնակարաններում, որոնց արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել են վարույթի համար նշանակություն ունեցող փաստաթղթեր, այդ թվում՝ քաղաքացիների անձնագրային տվյալներ ու ձեռագիր նշումներ պարունակող ցուցակներ:
Ձերբակալվածներից 3-ը տվել են խոստովանական ցուցմունքներ՝ վերը նշված հանցավոր արարքները կատարելու վերաբերյալ և աջակցել նախաքննական մարմնին: Հաշվի առնելով մեղադրյալների օրինական վարքագիծն ապահովող և դրան խոչընդոտող բոլոր հանգամանքները՝ նրանցից 2-ի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել բացակայելու արգելքը, իսկ մնացած 6-ի նկատմամբ վարչական հսկողությունը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու միջնորդություններ են ներկայացվել ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն դատարան՝ այնպիսի սահմանափակումների կիրառմամբ, որպիսիք կապահովեն ընտրական գործընթացում և նախաքննության փուլում վերջիններիս պատշաճ վարքագիծը:
Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեն իրավապահ այլ մարմինների հետ համատեղ հետևողական է լինելու ընտրությունների բնականոն գործընթացը խաթարող նմանօրինակ ենթադրյալ հանցագործությունների դեպքերը բացահայտելու, դրանք նախականխելու ուղղությամբ:
