ՀԱՆՐԱՀԱՅՏ ՄՈԼՈՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐՍեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ, լրացրեք օնլայն հայտը և մոռացեք հոսանքի վարձի մասին
Օքսֆորդի համալսարանի գիտնականները պարզել են, որ շատ ակտիվ մարդկանց մոտ քաղցկեղի զարգացման ռիսկը կրճատվել է ավելի քան մեկ քառորդով: Այնուամենայնիվ, նույնիսկ օրական յոթ հազար քայլ կատարելւ կարող է օգնել պաշտպանվել այս հիվանդությունից: Հետազոտության արդյունքները հրապարակվել են British Journal of Sports Medicine-ում։
5,8 տարվա ընթացքում գիտնականները հետևել են կամավորների կենսակերպի և առողջական վիճակի փոփոխություններին։
Մասնակիցների միջին տարիքը 68 տարեկան էր։ Հետազոտության ընթացքում արձանագրվել են 13 տեսակի օնկոլոգիական հիվանդությունների զարգացման բոլոր դեպքերը։
Արդյունքները ցույց են տվել, որ ամենօրյա ֆիզիկական ակտիվության ամենաբարձր մակարդակ ունեցող մարդկանց մոտ քաղցկեղի զարգացման հավանականությունը 26 տոկոսով ցածր է եղել։
Նման պաշտպանիչ ազդեցությունը դրսեւորվել է անկախ կենսակերպից, մարմնի զանգվածի ինդեքսից (BMI), վնասակար սովորությունների առկայությունից եւ առողջության որոշ պայմաններից:
Պարզվել է նաև, որ նույնիսկ ամենօրյա կարճ զբոսանքները (օրական մոտ յոթ հազար քայլ) առանց լրացուցիչ մարզումների կապված են քաղցկեղի զարգացման ռիսկի նվազեցման հետ: Նրանց մոտ, ովքեր օրական յոթ հազար քայլ են կատարել, ուռուցքային հիվանդությունների առաջացման վտանգը 11 տոկոսով ցածր է եղել՝ համեմատած նրանց հետ, ովքեր մոտ հինգ հազար քայլ են կատարել:
Իսկ ինը հազար քայլը նվազեցրել է այդ ռիսկը ևս 5%-ով:
