Առաջադիմությունն ապահովելու ուղին երեխաների ներգրավվածությունն է երկրի զարգացման գործընթացներում

 ՄԱԿ-ի մանկական հիմնադրամը, Եվրոպական միությունը, ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարությունը և «Առաքելություն Արևելք» կազմակերպությունը համատեղ ջանքերով Հայաստանում իրականցրել է «Աշխատանքային միգրացիայի սոցիալական հետևանքների մեղմացում և տեղական զարգացման գործընթացներում միգրանտների ներգրավվածության մեծացում» ծրագիրը:

Այն միտված է  երեխաներին երկրի զարգացման գործընթացներում ներգրավվածությանը, ինչպես նաև Սփյուռքի հետ համագործակցությանն ու Հայաստանից մարդկանց արտահոսքի նվազեցմանը:

«Համաշխարհային կամ տեղական մակարդակներում առանց երեխաների կամ ներդրումներ անելու, այսինքն՝ առանց մարդկային կապիտալների, ռեսուրսների մարդկային զարգացումն հնարավոր չէ:Ներդումները մանկական ծրագրերում լավագույն ճանապարհն են երկիրը, ինչպես նաև ազգի ներուժը զարգացնելու համար: Մենք ուշադրության տակ ենք պահում այն բոլոր ոլորտները, որտեղ բավարար կարևորություն չի տրվում երեխաների ներգրավվածությանը, որպեսզի կարողանանք ստեղծել առողջ, կրթված, պատասխանատու կառավարողներ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց ՄԱԿ- ի մանկական հիմնադրամի ներկայացուցիչի Տանյա Ռադոչայը՝ հավելելով, որ Հայաստանն այսօր ունի մարտահրավերներ, որոնցից ձերբազատվելու և երկրի հետագա զարգացումն ապահովելու  լավագույն ճանապարհը մանկական ծրագրերի զարգացումն է:

ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը նշեց, որ ՄԱԿ-ի մանկական հիմնադրամի, Եվրոպական միության պատվիրակության, և «Առաքելություն Արևելք» կազմակերպության ջանքերով Հայաստանին  հնարավորություն կտրվի տարբեր յուրացնելու երկրների փորձը:

«Մենք հնարավորություն կունենանք Հայաստան-Սփյուռք գործակցությունը կատարելագործելու, Սփյուռքի ներուժը ի շահ հայրենիքի զարգացման առավել արդյունավետ կերպով կիրառելու: Այս 3 կազմակերպությունների ջանքերի շնորհիվ սփյուռք ունեցող երկրների միջև կայանում  է  նաև միջմշակութային երկխոսություն»,- նշեց նախարարը:

ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Աշոտ Հովակիմյանը հավելեց, որ Հայաստանի համար Սփյուռքի նախագծերը մեծ նշանակություն ունեն, վերջին տասնամյակում երկուստեք հսկայական ռեսուրսներ են ներդրվել այդ հարաբերությունները զարգացնելու և արդյունավետ օգտագործելու համար: Ստեղծվել են նաև ինստիտուցիոնալ կառույցներ, որոնք ապահովում են Հայստան-Սփյուռք կապը:
