ՔՊ-ում նոր ալիք է բարձրացել Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի դեմ
ANALYSIS
Ազգային ժողովում տեղի ունեցած խայտառակ միջադեպը, երբ Պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը ցույց տվեց իր դաստիարակության իսպառ բացակայությունը, հրաշալի հնարավորություն է դարձել «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» մի հատվածի համար հաշիվները մաքրելու Քոչարյանի հետ, և վերջինիս հարցը բարձրացնելու ընդհուպ խորհրդարանական խմբակցության նիստում` առաջարկելով նրան հրաժարվել Պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերով հանձնաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնից։
ՔՊ-ում շատերը, որոնք ատամ ունեն Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի դեմ, արդեն իսկ առանց սեթևեթանքի հարցազրույցներ են տալիս, ցեխը մտցնում Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանին, խոսում էթիկայի հանձնաժողովի վերաբերյալ։ Այն, որ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը չի համապատասխանում ԱԺ Պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահի, ինչպես նաև 44-օրյա պատերազմի հանգամանքներն ուսումնասիրող ժամանակավոր հանձնաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնին, որևէ մեկի մոտ կասկած չի հարուցում, այդ թվում նաև «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրում», սակայն Քոչարյանին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հանդուրժում էր, քանի դեռ կատարում էր իր կամքը։
Քննիչ հանձնաժողովի զեկույցը վաղուց պատրաստ է, իսկ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը հրաժարվում է այն հրապարակել` այդ կերպ երկարաձգելով իր պաշտոնավարումը։ Չի բացառվում, որ առաջիկայում նույնիսկ դատական կարգով նրան պարտադրեն հրապարակել զեկույցը, բայց մինչ այդ ՔՊ-ում խլրտացող շարքերն ամեն ինչ փորձելու են անել Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանին պաշտոնանկ անելու համար։ Իսկ Քոչարյանը պաշտոնանկությունից հետո ոչ միայն կկորցնի նաև մանդատը, այլև չի լինի «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» որևէ ընտրական ցուցակում, ընդհուպ նրանք կարող են քրեական պատասխանատվության ենթարկել, իսկ չարաշահումներ որքան ասես կարելի է գտնել «հին աղվեսի» գզրոցներում։
