«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Հայաստանում նախատեսվում է ստեղծել Ժողովրդական աշխարհազոր: Նման նախաձեռնությամբ է հանդես եկել «Համահայկական ազգային միասնության խորհուրդ» միավորումը, որը հիմնադրել են «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանն ու «Հայոց աշխարհազոր» ռազմաքաղաքական միավորման խորհրդի նախագահ Ալբերտ Բազեյանը:
Խորհրդի տարածած հայտարարության մեջ նշվում է. «Հայաստանի գործող վարչախումբը չդիմակայելով Արցախը զավթած ագրեսորի քմահաճույքներին, քայլ առ քայլ կատարում է նրա պահանջները՝ ընդունելով նրա կողմից առաջադրված պայմանները՝ իբրև տխրահռչակ «Խաղաղության պայմանագրի» ստորագրման նախապայման: ՀՀ իշխանությունները կանխորոշված ելքով և անհավասար պայմաններում տեղի ունեցած պատերազմից հյուծված հայ ժողովրդին համոզում են գնալ խիստ անհամաչափ զիջումների՝ հանուն խաղաղության հաստատման: Ի պատասխան ՀՀ վարչապետի պատրաստակամությանը՝ ընդունելու Ադրբեջանի բոլոր պահանջներն ու պայմանները, և ստորագրել Հայաստանի համար բացարձակապես անբարենպաստ այդ փաստաթուղթը՝ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունը անընդհատ նոր պայմաններ է առաջադրում և հող նախապատրաստում ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածք ներխուժելու համար: Այդ են վկայում վերջին օրերին հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի հասցեին հնչեցվող անհիմն մեղադրանքներն ու բացահայտ սադրանքները մեր սահմաններին: Ադրբեջանն ակնհայտորեն չի ձգտում խաղաղության հաստատման: Հակառակորդի Հայաստան ներխուժման սպառնալիքը օրեցօր մեծանում է, և հետևաբար, յուրաքանչյուր հայի ու ՀՀ քաղաքացու, պահեստազորի զինվորականի և ազատամարտիկի սուրբ պարտքն է՝ մեր պետության պաշտպանությանը տեր կանգնելու պատրաստակամությունը»։
«Համահայկական ազգային միասնության խորհուրդը» Հայաստանի համար խիստ վտանգավոր այս իրավիճակում կոչ է անում համախմբվել ու դիմակայել «մեր ազգային արժեքները ուրացող, մեր պետական շահերը ոտնահարող թրքահաճո իշխանության կողմից իրականացվող պարտվողական քաղաքականությանը»:
«Մենք չպետք է թույլ տանք մեր պետությանն ու մեր ժողովրդի անվտանգությանը սպառնացող որևէ փաստաթղթի ստորագրում: Հարկ եղած դեպքում՝ մենք պատրաստակամ ենք հայոց բանակի զինվորների կողքին կանգնել և արժանի հակահարված տալ թշնամուն՝ յուրաքանչյուրս ներդնելով մեր ռազմական գիտելիքներն ու փորձը»,-հայտարարում է միավորումը և կոչ անում գրանցվել Ժողովրդական աշխարհազորի շարքերում:
