ԱՄՆ-ն օրինական կարգավիճակից կզրկի ավելի քան 500 000 միգրանտի

ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի վարչակազմը օրինական կարգավիճակից կզրկի Կուբայից, Հայիթիից, Նիկարագուայից և Վենեսուելայից ժամանած ավելի քան 500 000 անձանց։ Այդ մասին ծանուցում է հրապարակել ԱՄՆ ներքին անվտանգության նախարարությունը:
Ըստ փաստաթղթի՝ թվարկված երկրներից միգրանտների և նրանց մերձավոր հարազատների համար Միացյալ Նահանգներ մուտքի իրավունքի տրամադրման ծրագրերը կդադարեցվեն։
Այն ներգաղթյալները, որոնց վրա տարածվում էին այդ ծրագրերը, պետք է Միացյալ Նահանգների տարածքը լքեն Դաշնային գրանցամատյանում ծանուցման հրապարակումից հետո 30 օրվա ընթացքում, այսինքն՝ մինչև ապրիլի 24-ը, նույնիսկ եթե երկրում մնալու նրանց թույլտվության ժամկետը դեռ չի լրացել:
Դեռ հունվարին նախարարությունը հայտնել էր, որ կկրճատի այն ծրագրերը, որոնք որոշ մարդկանց թույլ են տալիս ժամանակավորապես ապրել և աշխատել ԱՄՆ-ում։ Ըստ գերատեսչության՝ նախորդ վարչակազմը նման ծրագրերի միջոցով 1,5 միլիոն միգրանտների թույլ է տվել մտնել երկիր։
Թրամփը բազմիցս հանդես է եկել ԱՄՆ ներգաղթային քաղաքականության խստացման օգտին։ Հունվարի 20-ին նախագահի պաշտոնն ստանձնելուց հետո նա ստորագրել է հրամանագիր Մեքսիկայի հետ սահմանին արտակարգ դրության ռեժիմ սահմանելու մասին։ Ներքին անվտանգության նախարարությունն ընդլայնել է ամերիկյան իրավապահ մարմինների լիազորությունները՝ թույլ տալով նրանց արտաքսել անօրինական ներգաղթյալներին, այսպես կոչված, արագացված ընթացակարգով, այսինքն՝ առանց ներգաղթային դատարանի վճռի:
