Իրավապահ համակարգը որոշել է ամեն գնով կոծկել Վանաձորում մի խումբ ոստիկանների կողմից արցախցի երիտասարդի ծեծի փաստով հարուցված քրգործը։ Փոխարենը, մտադիր են պատասխանատվության ենթարկել Տիգրան Ուլուբաբյանին և նրա փաստաբանին, ով բարձրաձայնում է տեղահանվածների նկատմամբ ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունների ապօրինությունները։

Նախօրեին Քննչական կոմիտեում հարցաքննության ժամանակ լկտիացած ոստիկանները հերքել են, թե ծեծի են ենթարկել Ուլուբաբյանին։ Ապօրինություններն այս գործում ի սկզբանե այնպես են արվել, որ ծեծի փաստը հնարավոր չլինի հաստատել, օրինակ, դատաբժիշկը չի արձանագրել հարվածների հետքերը։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, ՔԿ նոր պետը մտադիր է քրեական գործը շրջել արցախցի երիտասարդի դեմ, իբր նա զրպարտում է ոստիկաններին։ Իշխանական քարոզչամեքենան էլ փորձում է ծեծվածին որպես քրեական հանցագործ ներկայացնել, որն օրենքի հետ խնդիրներ է ունեցել նաև Արցախում։

Փաստաբան Ռոման Երիցյանի դեմ էլ քրեական վարույթ է հարուցվել, Ոստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի վարչությունը նյութեր է պատրաստել, ըստ որոնց Երևանի մի բնակիչ հայտնել է, թե Երիցյանն իրենից խարդախությամբ մեծ գումար է վերցրել, և որ դա պարբերական բնույթ է ունեցել։ Փաստաբանն այս հայտարարությունները կեղծ է համարում և նշում, որ Ներքին գործերի նախարարությունը Քննչական կոմիտեի հետ համատեղ ջանքերով «մեծ արշավ» է սկսել իր դեմ։ Ֆեյսբուքյան էջում հայտարարեց, թե իր դեմ այս գործը սարքում են, ու սա կապված է այն բանի հետ, որ վերջին օրերին բարձրաձայնել է ոստիկանական խոշտանգումների մասին ու քննադատել Քննչական կոմիտեի վարած նախաքննությունը։ Երիցյանը տեղեկություններ ունի, որ իրավապահները հրահանգ են ստացել «ամեն գնով իրեն կալանավորելու մասին»:

Այս ամենը վկայում է, որ փաշինյանական իշխանությունը տարբեր միջոցներով ցանկանում է ահաբեկել բռնի տեղահանվածներին, դուրս մղել Հայաստանից կամ պարտադրել լռել։ Ինչը, ի դեպ, չի հաջողվելու։
