Բաքուն առժամանակ մոռացության է տվել իր տնտեսական անմխիթար վիճակը և չարության ու նախանձի հերթական չափաբաժինն է ժայթքում առ Հայաստան: Այս անգամ մեր ոխերիմ «եղբայրներին» հունից հանել են ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարի այցը Իրան և ստորագրված փաստաթղթերը: Դրանք բավական են, որպեսզի ադրբեջանական մամուլը միաբերան հայտարարի, թե Իրանն, իբր, «միլիարդներ» է ներդնում Հայաստանում: Մատնանշելով Իրանը Ռուսաստանին կապող տրանսպորտային միջանցքները, որոնցից մեկն անցնում է Թուրքմենստանով և Ղազախստանով, մյուսը` Ադրբեջանով և Ռուսաստանով, Բաքվի իշխանությունն սպասարկող լրատվամիջոցները մեծ վայնասուն են դրել, թե Երևանն ինչպես է համարձակվում հավակնել այն տարբերակին, որ ճանապարհն անցնի Հայաստանով:

Իսկ մեր և Իրանի նախարարների ստորագրած փաստաթուղթը, որտեղ նշվում է «Պարսից ծոց- Սև ծով» տրանսպորտային միջանցքի հայաստանյան երթուղին, պարզապես թևաթափ է արել ադրբեջանցիներին: Նրանք անընդհատ վկայակոչում են նախարար Բեգլարյանի հաշվարկները, որոնց համաձայն Հայաստանով անցնող ուղին ավելի էժան է լինելու, քան Ադրբեջանով ու Թուրքիայով անցնողը: Եվրոպա և Ռուսաստան առաքվող բեռներն առայժմ ավտոտրանսպորտով կբերվեն Երասխ և հետո գնացքով Փոթի և լաստանավով` Եվրոպա:

Եվ եթե ավտոտրանսպորտի տարբերակը Ադրբեջանի համար մեծ նշանակություն չունի, ապա Իրան- Հայաստան- Վրաստան երկաթուղային հնարավոր հաղորդակցությունը այդ երկրի մասնագետներն ու լրագրողները մեծ հարված են համարում Ադրբեջանի շահերին: Մանավանդ, հայկական կողմն առաջարկել է ավելի կարճ և հետևաբար էժան տարբերակ` Մեղրի- Վայոց ձոր- Երասխ: Զայրույթի մի հատուկ չափաբաժին էլ հասցեագրվում է Իրանին, որը, թոթափելով պատժամիջոցների շղթաները, հետաքրքրություն է ցուցաբերել Հայաստանով անցնող ուղու հանդեպ և, ադրբեջանցիների կանխատեսմամբ, այդ նախագիծը կարող է ուտոպիայից դառնալ իրականություն:

Բաքվին անհանգստացնում է այն հանգամանքը, որ դեպի Պարսից ծոց և Սև ծով հուսալի ելք ունենալու դեպքում Հայաստանը կճեղքի շրջափակումը, որին ենթարկվել է Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի ջանքերի «շնորհիվ», և էապես կընդլայնի իր արտաքին տնտեսական հնարավորությունները: «Ահա այսպիսի թափ է առել Երևանը»,- բացականչել է կայքերից մեկի հոդվածագիրը: Նա դարձյալ պնդում է, որ այժմ իրանական բեռներին ոչիչ չի խանգարում անարգել սևծովյան ափ հասնել գոյություն ունեցող ինչպես ավտոմոբիլային, այնպես էլ երկաթուղային ճանապարհներով, որոնք ունի Ադրբեջանը: Բայց չէ` արի ու տես Իրանը գերադասում է այլ, նոր ճանապարհներ կառուցել Հայաստանի տարածքով` հաղթահարելով ռելիեֆի հարուցած մեծ դժվարությունները:

Ադրբեջանի փորձագետներն ու լրագրողներն, այսպիսով, շատ մոտ են ճշմարտությանը, բայց չեն ուզում խոստովանել դա. ռազմավարական խնդիրների լուծման ժամանակ Իրանը պարզապես չի ուզում, նպատակահարմար չի համարում գործ բռնել Ադրբեջանի հետ:
