Ադրբեջանը uպառնnւմ է, որ Հայաստանի կողմից իր հաջորդ պայմանների չկատարումը կբերի առաջնագծի «տաքացմանը»․ Աբրահամյան

Ադրբեջանը վերջին 5-6 օրերին, համակարգային ձևով խախտում է հրադադարի ռեժիմը ճակատի տարբեր ուղղություններով և փորձում այն վերագրել հայկական կողմին: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը։

«ՊՆ արձագանքն այն մասին,թե իրենք հաղորդագրություններ են տալիս միայն «վտանգավոր կրակոցների» ժամանակ, պարզ լեզվով ասած, նշանակում է, որ խախտումներ կան, բայց դրանք անկանոն բնույթ են կրում:

Սահմանագծի այն ուղղությունները, որտեղ այս օրերին Ադրբեջանն ակտիվ է, արձանագրվել է մի օրինաչափություն: Դրանք բոլոր տեղերում արձանագրվում են գրեթե նույն ժամերին և նույն պարբերականությամբ, ինչը ևս ապացուցում է, որ դրանք համակարգային և ծրագրավորված բնույթի են կրում:

Իշխանությունը սխալ, ես կասեի` նույնիսկ վտանգավոր, դիրք է բռնել` դրանք հաղորդագրություններով չփոխանցելու առումով, որովհետև և´ բանակցային առանձնահատկությունների, և´ հանրության հետ ճիշտ հարաբերությունների կառուցման, և´ օբյեկտիվ իրադրային գնահատականի տեսանկյունից, ճիշտը պաշտոնական տեղեկատվության փոխանցումն է:

Ադրբեջանն այս քայլով տարբեր խնդիրներ է լուծում, որոնցից կառանձնացնեմ 3-ը:

Առաջին`սպառնում է, որ Հայաստանի կողմից իր հաջորդ պայմանների չկատարումը կբերի առաջնագծի «տաքացմանը»:

Երկրորդ` իր պահանջների կատարման նպատակով ճնշում և ահաբեկչության մեթոդներ գործադրում սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերի բնակիչների վրա, դրանով իսկ փորձելով ազդել ողջ հասարակության վրա:

Երրորդ` թշնամու անկանոն կրակահերթերին չարձագանքելը իր մեջ ռիսկեր է պարունակում` բացասական ազդեցություն թողնելու զորքերի բարոյահոգեբանական վիճակի վրա:

ՊՆ-ն իր չարձագանքելն անուղղակի հիմնավորում է` «սադրանքի առիթ» չտալու հանգամանքով, ինչի հետ համաձայն չեմ, որովհետև եթե Ադրբեջանը նպատակ դնի սրելու իրադրությունը և սադրանքների գնալ, ապա նա անպայման առիթը կգտնի»,-գրել է նա։
