Երևանի օդի աղտոտվածության խնդիրը մնում է հրատապ

ՀՀ շրջակա միջավայրի նախարար Հակոբ Սիմիդյանն այս տարվա հունվարի 10-ի ասուլիսին ասել էր, որ վերջին տարիներին Երևանում օդի աղտոտվածության մակարդակը մեծ փոփոխություններ չի կրել, 2024թ. ամռանը փոշու կոնցենտրացիայի նվազում է դիտվել, իսկ նոյեմբեր-դեկտեմբեր ամիսների տվյալները շատ չեն տարբերվել 2022-2023 թվականների տվյալներից։
Հայաստանի Գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի Էկոլոգանոոսֆերային հետազոտությունների կենտրոնի տնօրեն Լիլիթ Սահակյանն ասում է՝ Երևանի օդի աղտոտվածության խնդիրը մնում է հրատապ՝ ազդելով քաղաքի ընդհանուր էկոլոգիական իրավիճակի վրա, իսկ օդի աղտոտվածությունը պետք է դիտարկել համալիր մոտեցմամբ՝ ներառելով ոչ միայն փոշու մակարդակի չափումները, այլև բոլոր հնարավոր աղտոտիչների հետազոտությունը։
«Հնարավոր աղտոտիչների ֆիքսումը գիտական պրոցես է, որտեղ պետք է հասկանանք, թե ինչ աղտոտիչներ կան, ինչ աղբյուրներ կան, և այդ սարքավորումները դրվեն ճիշտ վայրում, որպեսզի մենք ունենանք աղտոտման մասին ճիշտ պատկեր»,- NEWS.am–ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Լիլիթ Սահակյանը։
Երևանում օդի աղտոտման հիմնական աղբյուրներն են տրանսպորտը, շինարարական աշխատանքները, հանքավայրերը և կանաչապատ տարածքների պակասը։ Ըստ Սահակյանի՝ Նոր Նորքի վարչական շրջանում փոշու պարունակությունը մեծ է, սակայն ծանր մետաղների մակարդակը համեմատաբար ցածր է, մինչդեռ հարավային վարչական շրջաններում հանդիպում են այլ աղտոտիչներ։
Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանը, լինելով ռելիեֆային «փոսի» մեջ, ձմռանը հատկապես ենթարկվում է բարձր աղտոտման։ «Դրա համար էլ ձմռանը մենք կարողացանք տեսնել և՛ գազային, և՛ օդից կախված աէրոզոլային աղտոտիչների բարձր մակարդակ, և դա ամեն ձմեռ ենք ունենալու»,- ասաց նա։
Օդի աղտոտվածությունը բացասաբար է ազդում նաև մարդկանց առողջության վրա։
«Օդի աղտոտվածությունն առաջացնում է շնչառական հիվանդություններ՝ ասթմա, քրոնիկ բրոնխիտ, թոքաբորբ։ Այն կարող է վնասել սրտանոթային համակարգը, բարձրացնել ինսուլտի և սրտի կաթվածի ռիսկը։ Բարձր աղտոտվածությունը նաև ազդում է նյարդային համակարգի վրա, առաջացնելով գլխացավեր, հոգնածություն և ճանաչողական խանգարումներ։ Երկարաժամկետ ազդեցությունը մեծացնում է քաղցկեղի, մասնավորապես թոքերի քաղցկեղի ռիսկը»,– նշեց «Մուրացան» հիվանդանոցային համալիրի բժիշկ-սրտաբան Իրինա Մկրտչյանը։
Լիլիթ Սահակյանի խոսքով, օդի աղտոտվածության խնդրի լուծման համար անհրաժեշտ է առաջին հերթին վերանայել հետազոտությունների մեթոդաբանությունը, իրականացնել նպատակային ուսումնասիրություններ և ներդնել գիտական մեթոդներ։ Նա ընդգծեց, որ խնդիրը պահանջում է ոչ միայն երկարաժամկետ ծրագրեր, այլև կոնկրետ գործողություններ, օրինակ, չգործող հանքավայրերի ճիշտ կառավարում, շինարարական փոշու նվազեցման համար կանոնակարգերի խստացում և կանաչապատ տարածքների ավելացում։
