Արմեն Պետրոսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Նախորդ 2 օրերի ընթացքում նախ Ռուսաստանի ԶՈՒ Գլխավոր շտաբն, ապա նաև Սիրիայի ԱԳՆ-ը պաշտոնապես հայտարարեցին Թուրքիայի կողմից Սիրիայի հյուսիսային և հյուսիսարևմտյան սահմանամերձ՝ համապատասխանաբար Հալեպի և Լաթակիայի որոշ բնակավայրերի վրա տարբեր տրամաչափի զենքերից, անգամ ծանր զրահատեխնիկայից կրակ բացելու փաստերի մասին, ինչի հետևանքով էականորեն տուժել են ինչպես սիրիական բանակի զինծառայողներ, այնպես էլ՝ վերոնշյալ շրջանների խաղաղ բնակչությունը:

Բանն այն է, որ վերջին շրջանում սիրիական բանակային ստորաբաժանումների և նրանց հարող՝ ինչպես ցամաքային, այնպես էլ ռուսական օդատիեզերական ուժերի վճռական գործողությունների ազդեցությամբ էականորեն թուլացել են Սիրիայի հյուսիսային վերոնշյալ նահանգներում գործող և թուրքական կառավարության կողմից ուղղակիորեն հովանավորվող հակակառավարական տարաբնույթ խմբավորումների դիրքերը, որոնք, այլևս ի զորու չլինելով դիմակայել հակառակորդի աննախադեպ ճնշմանը, զանգվածաբար նահանջում են Թուրքիայի տարածք՝ փորձելով հնարավորինս փրկել ոչ միայն մարդկային ներուժն, այլև՝ սեփական նյութական և ռազմական ենթակառուցվածքները: Եվ ահա, թուրքական սահմանապահ ուղեկալներից պարբերաբար դարձած կրակահերթերի նպատակը սիրիական ընդդիմադիրների՝ հնարավորինս անկորուստ նահանջի ապահովումն է:

Փաստորեն, հերթական անգամ անհերքելի ապացույցներ են ներկայացվում Անկարայի կողմից սիրիական հակակառավարական տարաբնույթ, այդ թվում նաև՝ իսլամական ծայրահեղ արմատական մի շարք կառույցներին նաև թիկունքային ռազմական աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու վերաբերյալ, որն իրականացվում է միջազգային իրավունքի հիմնարար սկզբունքների բացահայտ խախտումներով, ինչի մասին սիրիական դիվանագիտության ներկայացուցիչներն արդենիսկ բարձրաձայնել են նաև ՄԱԿ-ում:
