Ցուցարարների վրա, ովքեր եկել էին Ստամբուլի Սարաչանե այգի՝ աջակցելու Ստամբուլի կալանավորված քաղաքապետ Էքրեմ Իմամօղլուին, գազ են ցողել, հայտնում է Ռիա Նովոստին։

Բախումներ են տեղի ունեցել նաև Ստամբուլի քաղաքապետարանի դիմաց գտնվող Սարաճանե զբոսայգու մոտակայքում, որտեղ տեղի է ունենում ընդդիմության կազմակերպված բազմահազարանոց հանրահավաքը։ Մի խումբ ցուցարարներ փորձել են ճեղքել մետաղական պատնեշները, սակայն հետ են շպրտվել ջրցան մեքենաներով։ Սարաչխանեի շրջանում մթնոլորտը հիմնականում հանգիստ է, ոստիկանները վերահսկում են մուտքը հրապարակ և կտրում ցուցարարների մեծ խմբերը:

Ստամբուլի Արդարադատության պալատի մոտ ծեծկռտուք է սկսվել փաստաբանների և ոստիկանների միջև, որոնք թույլ չեն տվել նրանց պալատ մտնել։ Ավելի վաղ, այնտեղ էին բերվել Ստամբուլի կալանավորված քաղաքապետ Էքրեմ Իմամօղլուն և այլ կասկածյալներ՝ ցուցմունք տալու համար։
