Экономист: Какая сумма тратится на Минскую группу ОБСЕ?

В рамках консолидированного бюджета ОБСЕ ежегодно Минской группе планируется выделять 911 200 долларов США, однако по факту на это направление тратится меньше денег. Об этом пишет экономист Сурен Парсян.
«В последнее время азербайджанская сторона, а теперь и армянская сторона часто выдвигают идею о роспуске Минской группы ОБСЕ, пытаясь положить конец дальнейшей деятельности международного специализированного института, занимающегося арцахской проблемой.
Стоит отметить, что в рамках консолидированного бюджета ОБСЕ ежегодно на нужды Минской группы планируется выделять 911,2 тыс. долларов США, однако фактически на это направление выделяется меньше средств, в частности, в 2018 году фактически было потрачено 366 553 доллара, в 2019 году — 434 635 долларов, в 2020 году — 716 955 долларов и в 2021 году — 328 423 доллара.
Любопытно, что в 2020 году в связи с 44-дневной Арцахской войной Минская группа потратила больше всего денег.
К сожалению, нет опубликованных отчетов по консолидированному бюджету ОБСЕ на 2022–2024 годы, которые позволили бы нам наблюдать за деятельностью Минской группы в ближайшие годы», — написал он.
