ՀՀ իշխանություններն ինքնամոռաց կատարում են Ադրբեջանի բոլոր պահանջները

«ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը լուծարելը քննարկելի և օրակարգային հարց է, և մենք ինքներս էլ կնախաձեռնենք առաջիկայում այդ հարցը քննարկելը», - Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությանը տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: «ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության լուծարման հարցը հստակ քննարկելի հարց է, ինչո՞ւ է քննարկելի, որովհետև մենք գնում ենք խաղաղության, իսկ մենք գնում ենք խաղաղության, այդ ֆորմատն իր արդիականությունը կորցնում է։ Ընդ որում՝ այստեղ էլ մենք պետք է որոշակի ճկունություն ցուցաբերենք, որպեսզի նպատակը չխառնենք միջոցի հետ», - նշել է Փաշինյանը։
44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո Մինսկի խումբը լուծարելու պահանջ Բաքուն է ներկայացրել: Այժմ էլ Ադրբեջանից պնդում են, թե դա խաղաղության պայմանագրի կնքման նախապայմաններից է: ՄԽ-ն լուծարելն Ադրբեջանի միակ պահանջը չէ։
Պաշտոնական Բաքուն և Երևանը մարտի 13-ին հայտարարել են խաղաղության համաձայնագրի վրա աշխատանքներն ավարտելու մասին։ Երևանը համաձայնագիրը ստորագրելու պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել, Բաքուն՝ պայմաններ առաջ քաշել՝ «Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ տարածքային նկրտումներ պարունակող» Հայաստանի Սահմանադրության փոփոխություն, Ղարաբաղյան հարցով տարիներ շարունակ զբաղված ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի լուծարում, վերջին օրերին էլ Հայաստանին մեղադրում է հրադադարը խախտելու համար։
Երբ Հայաստանը հաղթահարի «առկա խնդիրները», համաձայնագիրը պատրաստ կլինի ստորագրման, հայտնել են Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ից։
Ինքը՝ Փաշինյանը հաստատել է, որ Սահմանադրության փոփոխության հանրաքվեն կարող է կայանալ 2027 թ.։
Մեկ այլ պահանջ էլ ադրբեջանցիների վերադարձն է, այսպես կոչված «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի» ստեղծումը։ Փաշինյանական վարչախումբն այս հարցում էլ դեռ «կռուտիտների» փուլում է։
