Առաջին անգամ 2016 թ. ի վեր Թուրքիայում հասունանում է լուրջ ներքաղաքական ճգնաժամ։ Ճգնաժամը կապված է իշխանության դիրքերի մասնակի թուլացման, ընդդիմության դիրքերի մասնակի ամրացման ու վերջապես ուժեղ առաջնորդի կայացման, տնտեսական ու սոցիալական բազմաթիվ կուտակված խնդիրների հետ։ Այս մասին գրել է գրում է թյուրքագետ Վարուժան Գեղամյանը։

«Այդ բոլորի երևան գալու առիթը սկսվեց 4 օր առաջ, երբ իշխանությունը որոշեց ձերբակալել ընդդիմության առաջնորդ, Ստամբուլի գործող քաղաքապետ Էքրեմ Իմամօղլուին, որին հետևեցին մի կողմից՝ բռնաճնշումները ընդդիմադիր բոլոր օղակների վրա, իսկ մյուս կողմից՝ փողոցային ցույցեր և անհնազանդություն ողջ Թուրքիայի տարածքում։ Վաղը՝ կիրակի ընդդիմությունը նախատեսում է ողջ երկրում զանգվածային ցույցեր կազմակերպել, որոնք առաջինն են լինելու 2013 թ. ի վեր։ Իշխանությունը՝ ոստիկանական ուժերով, ավելի քան պատրաստ է նման սցենարին ու դժվար թե հեշտ հանձնվի։ Սպասվում է թեժ պայքար, որը կունենա նաև արտաքին թաղանթ։

Ինչո՞ւ եմ գրում այս ամենը, երբ մեր պետականությունը շարունակում է գտնվել կապիտուլյանտների ձեռքին ու կործանման ճանապարհի վրա։

Թուրքիայում ներքաղաքական ճգնաժամը խորանալու բոլոր միտումներն ունի՝ անկախ առաջիկա օրերի փողոցային պայքարի արդյունքներից։ Իսկ դա նշանակում է, որ այսուհետ Էրդողանն ու իր թիմը ստիպված են լինելու բավական շատ ժամանակ ու քաղաքական ռեսուրս ծախսել ներքին ճակատում։ Երբ դրան գումարում ենք Սիրիայում հաղթանակած, բայց բազմաթիվ նոր խնդիրների մեջ թաթախված լինելը, քրդական հիմնահարցի ընթացիկ բարդ դրությունը, ինչպես նաև ուկրաինական ճգնաժամի հանգուցալուծումը առաջիկա շաբաթների ընթացքում, Էրդողանի արտաքին քաղաքականությամբ մանևրելու հնարավորությունները մասամբ քչանում են։ Ահա այս պարագայում կա հավանականություն, որ Թուրքիայի՝ Հարավային Կովկասի ուղղությամբ ճնշումը մասամբ կթուլանա՝ առաջնայնության բերումով։

Դա կարող է նկատելիորեն թուլացնել Ադրբեջանին, իսկ մեզ համար ստեղծել հնարավորությունների պատուհան (առանց Թուրքիայի Ադրբեջանի հնարավորությունները շատ ավելի փոքր են)։ Պատուհան, որից կարելի է օգտվել։ Պատուհան, որը բաց է լինելու ոչ շատ երկար։ Պատուհան, որը կարող է դառնալ ելքի դուռ, եթե այն բացող ազգային ուժեր լինեն։ Հ.Գ. Նկարում այս օրերի բողոքի ցույցերից մի ուսանելի պաստառ է։ Պաստառին գրված է. «VPN-ի առաջարկ՝ փողոցը»։ Ցուցարարի կարծիքով համացանցում բողոքելը բավարար չէ, պետք է դուրս գալ փողոց»,-գրել է նա։
