Օրերս հայտնի դարձավ, որ ՀՀ կառավարությունը 750 մլն դոլար եվրոբոնդեր է թողարկել՝ բարձր տոկոսադրույքներով։ Ընդ որում, Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը փորձում էր գաղտնի պահել այդ տեղեկությունը, բայց այն արագ բացահայտվել էր։ Ռուսական հատուկ ծառայությունների տվյալներով, այդ գումարներն ուղղակի թուրքական ու ադրբեջանական փողեր են, որոնք պարզապես եվրոբոնդերի տեսքով ֆինանսավորում են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը։

Պարզ է, որ ուղիղ կերպով Բաքուն և Անկարան չէին կարող մեծ գումարներ տալ Փաշինյանին, ուստի տարբեր բեմադրությունների, ընկերությունների միջոցով են իրականացնում ֆինանսավորումը, ձևակերպել են որպես պարտատոմսեր։ Թեպետ տեղեկություններ են շրջանառվում, որ գումարով Փաշինյանին ֆինանսավորել են, որ ընդունի խաղաղության պայմանագրի չհամաձայնեցված երկու հոդվածները, բայց փաստն այն է, որ որևէ պայմանագիր չկա, մինչդեռ Փաշինյանը ՀՀ ղեկավարի պաշտոնում անհրաժեշտ է թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմին։ Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը փլուզման եզրին է, լուրջ խնդիրներ կան ֆինանսական համակարգում, և դրա համար շտապ գումար էր անհրաժեշտ։ Որևէ նորմալ գործարար, ներդրող Հայաստանի պես տնտեսության մեջ 750 միլիարդ դոլար ներդրում չէր անի՝ հաշվի առնելով գերռիսկայնությունը, Համաշխարհային բանկից ու Արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամից էլ հնարավոր էր ավելի ցածր տոկոսադրույքներով գումարներ ներգրավել, փոխարենը ավելի բարձր տոկոսադրույքներով եվրոբոնդեր են ներգրավում։

Գումարները նաև անհրաժեշտ են, քանի որ Հայաստանը միայն այս տարի վարկերի սպասարկման համար 1 մլրդ-ից ավելի գումարի կարիք ունի։ Եվ պարտքերը փակելու համար փող են ներգրավում թուրքական ու ադրբեջանական աղբյուրներից։
