Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները որոշել են խափանել Գյումրիում ավագանու ընտրություններում ընդդիմադիր թեկնածուների քարոզարշավը՝ առավել ակտիվ և ազդեցիկ դեմքերի դեմ հանելու իրավապահ համակարգը։ Որոշ վարույթներ արդեն իսկ ծաղրի առարկա են դարձել իրենց անհեթեթությամբ, գործ կարելու փնթիության մակարդակով։

Ռուբեն Մխիթարյանը երեկ ստիպված էր դադարեցնել քարոզարշավը Գյումրիում՝ Երևան գալու և հարցաքննության ներկայանալու համար: Նա մեղադրվում է առանց վարորդական իրավունքի մեքենա վարելու համար։ Ռուբեն Մխիթարյանը հստակեցրել է, որ ինքը վարորդական իրավունքից զրկված է եղել 2023-ի դեկտեմբերի 22-ից մինչև 2024 թվականի հունիսի 22-ը, հունիսի 22-ին ստացել է իր վարորդական իրավունքը հետ և վարում է մեքենան արդեն 11 ամիս։ Քննչականը միայն այժմ է հիշել չվճարված ակտի մասին, ու թեև դա ԴԱՀԿժ-ի գործը պետք է լիներ, Մխիթարյանին հենց քննչական կոմիտե էլ կանչել են։

Ընտրատարածքային հանձնաժողովն էլ Գլխավոր դատախազություն է դիմել՝ խնդրելով ուսումնասիրել Գյումրիի քաղաքապետի թեկնածու, նախկին քաղաքապետ Վարդան Ղուկասյանի վերջին հայտարարությունները: Իսկ Կոմկուսի թեկնածուն իշխող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրին» էր մեղադրել, թե վարչական ռեսուրս են չարաշահում: Անգամ պնդել էր, թե պետական ողջ համակարգն աշխատում է իր դեմ՝ բանակից մինչև ԱԱԾ մարդկանց կանչում, զգուշացնում ու վախեցնում են: Մեր տեղեկություններով, Վարդան Ղուկասյանի դեմ զրպարտության հոդվածով վարույթ հարուցելու, նրա քարոզարշավը խափանելու հրահանգ է տրված։

Իրավապահներին ընդդիմախոսների դեմ քսի տալու «ավանդույթը» Փաշինյանի սրտում խորն է նստած, «Ժողովրդավարության բաստիոն»-ի տխրահռչակ հայրը երկիրը տանում է դեպի բռնապետություն՝ ժողովրդավարական կարգախոսներով։
