Փաշինյանը շարունակում է խաղաղություն մուրալ, իսկ Ադրբեջանը պատրաստվում է պատերազմի

Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այլևս անցել է անթաքույց խաղաղություն մուրալուն, մինչ Ադրբեջանը հիմքեր է ստեղծում նոր ռազմական էսկալացիա սկսելու։ Երեկ Փաշինյանը սոցցանցերի իր էջերում գրեց, թե Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության համաձայնագրի նախագիծը համաձայնեցված է և սպասում է ստորագրման, ինքն էլ պատրաստ է իր ստորագրությունը դնել այդ փաստաթղթի ներքո։
Փաշինյանի այս գրառումը հաջորդել էր Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ գրեթե մեկ տասնյակ հաղորդագրություններին հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումների մասին։ Բաքուն չի էլ թաքցնում, որ մտադիր չէ ստորագրել իր իսկ բնութագրմամբ, համաձայնեցված պայմանագիրը, նորանոր պահանջներ է առաջ քաշում։ Մինչդեռ, Փաշինյանը հայկական բանակին հրահանգել է չարձագանքել թշնամու կրակոցներին։ «Իմ հանձնարարականը ՀՀ ՊՆ-ին հստակ է։ Հրադադարի ռեժիմի ոչ մի խախտում չանել։ Հայաստանը գնում է խաղաղության և ոչ թե պատերազմի»,- գրել է նա։
Երևանն ու Բաքուն մարտի 13-ին հայտարարեցին՝ խաղաղության պայմանագրի շուրջ բանակցություններն ավարտվել են: Հայաստանը հայտարարել է, որ պատրաստակամ է ստորագրել փաստաթուղթը, մինչդեռ Ադրբեջանը մինչ այդ հայկական կողմից պահանջում է փոխել Սահմանադրությունը, լուծարել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը: Մեծ Բրիտանիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Դեյվիդ Լամիի հետ հեռախոսազրույցում Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովը հայտարարել է, թե «չնայած խաղաղության համաձայնագրի տեքստի շուրջ բանակցությունների ավարտին, անհրաժեշտ է փոխել Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունը՝ Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ տարածքային պահանջները վերացնելու համար, որպեսզի շարունակվի խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրումը»։
Լուրեր են շրջանառվում, որ Փաշինյանն ընդհուպ պատրաստ է միակողմանի ստորագրել պայմանագիրը, ուղարկել Բաքու։ Իսկ այսօր առավոտյան էլ հայտարարել է. «Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության համաձայնագրի նախագիծը համաձայնեցված է և սպասում է ստորագրման։ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևին առաջարկում եմ սկսել խորհրդակցություններ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության համաձայնագրի համաձայնեցված նախագծի ստորագրման շուրջ»։
Հայ ժողովուրդն իր պատմության ողջ ընթացքում ավելի անարժանապատիվ իշխանություն երբեք չի ունեցել։
