Ձևավորվել է «Արթուն ենք» հանրային շարժումը՝ իշխանափոխության պահանջով

Մենք ընդդիմադիր հայացքներ ունեցող սովորական մարդիկ ենք, ովքեր կատեգորիկ անհամաձայն են այս իշխանությունների գործունեության հետ և պատրաստ են օգտագործել ամեն հնարավորություն՝ այս իշխանություններից ժամ առաջ ազատվելու համար: Վերջին յոթ տարիներին մենք աջակցել և մասնակցել ենք այդ նպատակով բոլոր հնարավոր շարժումներին, ցույցերին, հանրահավաքներին, ընտրություններին, ստորագրահավաքներին, պանելային քննարկումներին, հրապարակային և դահլիճային բոլոր միջոցառումներին, սակայն՝ անարդյունք:
Մեզ ձերբակալել են, կալանավորել են, հետապնդել են, հալածել են, մեր նկատմամբ իշխանությունը կիրառել է սադրանքներ, հակաքարոզ, բռնություն, խոշտանգում…
Մենք չենք հանձնվել և շարունակել ենք մեր պայքարը, սակայն այլևս ակնհայտ է, որ ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական գործիչների և հանրության միջև այս տարիների ընթացքում ստեղծվել է անվստահության անդունդ: Տարբեր հարցումների տվյալներով՝ հանրության 70 տոկոսն անհամաձայն է այս իշխանության հետ, բայց, միևնույն ժամանակ, չի վստահում քաղաքական ընդդիմությանը: Անվստահության անդունդն ունի իր օբյեկտիվ և սուբյեկտիվ կողմերը: Այդ անդունդը մեկ օրում չի առաջացել, այլ 7 տարվա ընթացքում հավաքական ընդդիմության բացթողումների, սխալների և անվճռականության հետևանք է: Այս անվստահության անդունդի առաջացման պատճառներից ամենածանրակշիռը ընդդիմության ոչ բավարար թափանցիկ ու ոչ բավարար հաշվետու գործելաոճն է: Ամեն տապալված շարժումից ու հերթական պարտված ընտրություններից հետո այդ գործընթացի ակտիվ մասնակից հանրության շրջանում առաջանում են բազմաթիվ անպատասխան հարցեր, որոնց պատասխանատուները տապալման ու պարտության մեղավոր են կարգում հանրությանը՝ ժողովրդին: Արդյունքում՝ 7 տարիների ընթացքում այս իշխանությունը շարունակում է մնալ իշխանություն և հանգիստ իրականացնել իր կործանիչ գործունեությունը:
Հետևաբար՝
Մենք գտնում ենք, որ արդյունավետ ու վճռական առաջնորդության հարթակ ձևավորելու առաքելությունը մնացել է հանրության ուսերին: Մենք, առանց բացառության, պատրաստ ենք օգնել ցանկացած իրական ընդդիմադիր ուժի՝ արդյունավետ և վճռական հարթակի ձևավորման և այս իշխանությունների հեռացման գործում՝ իհարկե, միևնույն ժամանակ բացառելով քաղաքական զավզակներին ու ավանտյուրիստներին ասպարեզ բերելու որևէ հնարավորություն:
Այս նպատակով մենք ձևավորում ենք «Արթուն ենք» հանրային շարժումը, որն իր վրա է վերցնում ընդդիմադիր ուժերի և հանրության երկխոսության ու այդ երկխոսության միջոցով հանրության պահանջների բարձրաձայնման գործառույթը:
