Ինչպես որ ապօրինի վարքագծով այս իշխանությունն անընդհատ փորձում է մեր պետության վրա միջազգային պարտադրանքներ կապի, նույն ձևով փորձում է հիմա բերել և Սահմանադրության փոփոխություններով իրենց հակահայկական մոտեցումներն անցկացնել: Այս մասին ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց «Հայաստան» խմբակցության քարտուղար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը:
«Մեծ հաշվով թշնամական օրակարգ է դա, որովհետև բոլոր այն երկրները, որոնք հայ ժողովրդին ու Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը նետում են այդ ձևակերպումը, որ խաղաղությանը խոչընդոտում է ձեր Սահմանադրությունը, այդ մարդիկ թշնամիներ են: Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունը չի կարող խոչընդոտել բոլոր այն խաղաղություններին, որոնք հիմնված են հայ ժողովրդի և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արժանապատիվ միջազգային իրավունքի սուբյեկտի հիման վրա»,- ասաց նա:
Դիտարկմանը՝ ասում են, որ չի խոչընդոտում, Մինասյանը հակադարձեց. «Բա որ չի խոչընդոտում, ինչո՞ւ են փոխում, եթե ուզում են փոխել, նշանակում է ինչ-որ բան խոչընդոտում է, չէ՞ իրենց»:
Դիտարկմանն էլ Փաշինյանն ասում է՝ քաղաքացիները չեն քվեարկել, իրենցը չեն համարում Սահմանադրությունը, Մինասյանն արձագանքեց. «Բա ինքը ո՞վ է այդ դեպքում, եթե այդ Սահմանադրությամբ ինքը վարչապետ չէ, բա ո՞վ է, ուզուրպատո՞ր: Ի՞նքն էլ է արդեն ընդունում, որ ուզուրպատոր է»:
