«Ադրբեջանն ուժեղ դիրքերում է և հասկանում է, որ իրեն այս պահին խ աղաղության պայմանագիր պետք չէ։ Ի դեպ, Հայաստանին էլ պետք չէ, ասում եմ՝ ձեռք քաշեք։ «Խաղաղության պայմանագիրը» միայն պարտականություններ է դնում Հայաստանի վրա, Ադրբեջանի վրա ոչ մի պարտականություն չկա»։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ մարտի 17-ին, NEWS.am–ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետ, «Միասին» շարժման համահիմնադիր Հրանտ Բագրատյանը։
«Այդ խաղաղության պայմանագրում չկա ամենակարևորը, որ Ադրբեջանն ու Հայաստանը ճանաչում են միմյանց սահմանները։ Առանց այդ կետի դա պատերազմի պայմանագիր է»,–ասաց նա։
Լրագրողի դիտարկմանն այն մասին, որ իշխանության պնդմամբ՝ գործելու է Ալմա–Աթայի սկզբունքը, Բագրատյանը պատասխանեց.
«Բա որ Ալմա–Աթայի սկզբունքն է, ինչու՞ են սահմանազատումն ու սահմանագծումը բոլորովին այլ քարտեզով իրականացնում։ Եթե Ալմա–Աթայի սկզբունքն է, ուրեմն պետք է իրականացվեր 1988 թվականի հունվարի 12-ի արարողակարգի համաձայն, որից ՀՀ–ն չգիտես ինչու դավաճանաբար հրաժարվեց։ Հայաստանի այսօրվա իշխանությունը իր երկրի թշնամին է»։
Հրանտ Բագրատյանի խոսքով, «Խաղաղության պայմանագիրը» միայն Հայաստանին է պարտավորեցնում զիջումների գնալ, «միջանցք» տալ, մինչդեռ Ադրբեջանը չունի նման փոխադարձ պարտավորություն։
«Անվերահսկելի ճանապարհի հարց կա, Ադրբեջանը դա ընդունում է որպես միջանցք։ Բայց փոխադարձ ոչինչ չկա, որ օրինակ հայը կարող է Նախիջևանով գնալ Մեղրի»։
«Միասին» շարժման համահիմնադիր Հրանտ Բագրատյանի խոսքով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է ցույց տալ, որ 7 տարվա պաշտոնավարումը արդյունք ունի, դա է պատճառը, որ ցանկանում է ստորագրել «Խաղաղության պայմանագիրը»։
«Վերջին երկու կետերը նշանակում են, որ մենք դուրս ենք հանում Հայաստանից ռուսներին և երբ Ադրբեջանը հարձակվի Հայաստանի վրա և գրավի, ոչ մեկ չխանգարի իրեն։ Դա նաև նշանակում է, որ Իրանի հետ ռազմաքաղաքական պայմանագիր չի ստորագրվի։ Հայցերի հետ կանչումն էլ կրկին ի վնաս Հայաստանի է լինելու։ Հայ–ադրբեջանական երեք պատերազմ է եղել, երեք անգամն էլ Ադրբեջանը նախահարձակ է եղել, ագրեսոր է եղել»,–հավելեց Բագրատյանը։
Հրանտ Բագրատյանը նաև կարծիք հայտնեց, որ վերջին օրերին ՀՀ ՊՆ հաղորդագրություններն այն մասին, որ Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ–ն ապատեղեկատվություն է տարածում, միջոց են հայերի վրա ճնշումներ գործադրելու և ի ցույց դնելու «Խաղաղության պայամանգրի» անհրաժեշտությունը։
«Ես կասկածում եմ, ես չեմ հավատում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, ՊՆ–ին, Ալեն Սիմոնյանին, ՔՊ–ական քաղաքական գործիչներին, երբեք չես հասկանում՝ ինչ են ասում»,–հավելեց նա։
