Автомобильных дилеров в Армении начнут лишать лицензий: Министр назвал причины

Дилеров в Армении, импортирующих в страну электромобили под именем физических лиц, начнут лишать лицензий. Об этом в Национальном Собрании на заседании постоянной парламентской Комиссии по региональной и евразийской интеграции во время обсуждения отчета о ходе реализации и итогах госбюджета за 2024 год заявил 17 марта министр экономики республики Геворг Папоян.

Дело в том, что Правительство Армении в ноябре 2024 года одобрило квоту на беспошлинный ввоз 8 тыс. электромобилей в 2025 году. Из них 5000 смогут ввезти физические лица и индивидуальные предприниматели. Остальные 3 тысячи – дилеры. Глава парламентской комиссии, депутат от правящей партии Вагаршак Акопян сообщил, что парламентариям поступило большое количество жалоб, связанных с реализацией квот на беспошлинный ввоз электромобилей для физлиц. Проблема в том, что многие дилеры импортировали электромобили под именем физлиц.

По мнению же министра подобные случаи едва ли носят массовый характер, так как большинство импортированных из вне автомобилей – китайские. У последних, как отметил Папоян, нет официальных дистрибьюторов в Армении. Так, из завезенных с начала года 3914 электромобилей — 1848 оказались марки «BYD» (нет дилеров), 885 – «Tesla» (нет дилеров), 728 – «Chevrolet», 536 – «Lixiang», 182 – «Hong Ji» (дилер есть).
