Միացյալ Նահանգները մտադիր է Գերմանիայի իր բազաներից հարյուրավոր միավոր սարքավորումներ և տրանսպորտ միջոցներ տեղափոխել Հայաստանի հրաձգարաններ: Այս մասին հաղորդում է ռուսական պետական Russia Today լիատվականը։ Ըստ փաստաթղթերի, որոնք ուսումնասիրել է RT-ն, փոխադրումը նախատեսում են իրականացնել Վրաստանի տարածքով։
ԱՄՆ պետգնումների պորտալի տվյալներով՝ Միացյալ Նահանգների բանակի նյութատեխնիկական ապահովման հրամանատարությունը նախատեսում է գերմանական Դյուլմենի ռազմաբազայից սարքավորումների տեղափոխում իրականացնել Հայաստանի Զառ ռազմաբազա: Տեղափոխումը նախատեսված է հուլիսի 16-ին։ Սպասվում է, որ այն կտևի մինչև օգոստոսի 7-ը: Վերադարձը Գերմանիա, ինչպես ասվում է տրանսպորտային ծառայությունների մատուցման մրցույթում, նախատեսված է 2025 թվականի օգոստոսի 21-ից սեպտեմբերի 20-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում: Պայմանագիրը նախատեսում է նաև սարքավորումների տեղափոխում Հայաստանի Արմավիրի ուսումնական զորավարժարանից Վրաստանի Փոթի նավահանգիստ: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, նախատեսվում է տեղափոխել 151 միավոր սարքավորումներ, ներառյալ տրանսպորտային միջոցները, գեներատորները և մասնագիտացված բեռնարկղերը:
Պայմանագրի շրջանակներում Հայաստան կտեղափոխվի նաև շտապօգնության 8 մեքենա: Ըստ պարբերականի, սակայն, մրցույթում կա մի պայման՝ սարքավորումները չեն կարող տեղափոխվել Ռուսաստանի, Թուրքիայի կամ Ադրբեջանի տարածքով՝ «դիվանագիտական թույլտվությունների հետ կապված դժվարությունների» պատճառով։
Դյուլմենում, որտեղից նախատեսվում է տեղափոխել տեխնիկան, տեղակայված են ԱՄՆ 405-րդ բանակային դաշտային աջակցության բրիգադի ստորաբաժանումները։ Այս բրիգադը եվրոպական և Աֆրիկյան թատրոններում ամերիկյան զորքերի հիմնական լոգիստիկ օպերատորն է, որն աջակցում է զինանոցների և պահեստային բազաների ցանցին Գերմանիայում, Լեհաստանում, Իտալիայում, Նիդեռլանդներում, Բելգիայում և այլուր:
