Իրանը թույլատրել է 29,000 ՄՎտ հզորությամբ արևային էլեկտրակայանների կառուցումը, ինչը վկայում է մասնավոր սեկտորի աճող հետաքրքրությունը վերականգնվող էներգիայի աղբյուրների նկատմամբ։ Սակայն Պլանավորման և բյուջեի կազմակերպությունը և տնտեսական մարմինները պետք է շարունակեն բարելավել ներդրումային պայմանները՝ մասնավոր սեկտորի մասնակցությունն ապահովելու համար։

Նախագահ Մասուդ Փեզեշքիանն ընդգծել է վերականգնվող էներգիայի աղբյուրներին անցնելու անհրաժեշտությունը՝ Իրանում էներգետիկ անհավասարակշռությունը վերացնելու համար։ Էլեկտրաէներգիայի պակասի վերաբերյալ վերջերս կայացած բարձր մակարդակի խորհրդակցության ժամանակ նա ընդգծել է, որ մասնավոր ներդրողները պետք է արագացնեն արևային և քամու էլեկտրակայանների կառուցումը։ «Հաշվի առնելով էլեկտրաէներգիայի պահանջարկի և առաջարկի միջև առկա անհավասարակշռությունը, բոլոր համապատասխան մարմինները պետք է համատեղ աշխատեն՝ մասնավոր ներդրողների համար հեշտացնելու մաքուր էներգիայով աշխատող էլեկտրակայանների կառուցումը», - ասել է Փեզեշքիանը։

Նա նշել է, որ ներդրողներն արտահայտել են պատրաստակամություն՝ զարգացնել 30,000 ՄՎտ հզորությամբ արևային և քամու էներգետիկան, պահանջելով միայն թույլտվություններ և սահմանափակ ֆինանսական աջակցություն կառավարությունից։ «Այս խորհրդակցությունը նպատակ ունի վերացնել այդ ներդրողների առջև ծառացած խոչընդոտները, որպեսզի նախագծերը կարողանան սկսվել առանց ուշացումների»,— ավելացրել է նա։
