Այսօր Մեծ Պահքի երրորդ կիրակին է՝ Անառակի կիրակին

Մեծ Պահքի երրորդ կիրակին կոչվում է Անառակի՝ Քրիստոսի պատմած «Անառակ որդու առակ»-ի անունով, որն էլ ընթերցվում է այդ օրը: Առակի հերոսը երջանիկ ընտանիքի կրտսեր որդին է, որը մեղքեր, սխալներ գործելուց հետո զղջմամբ ու ապաշխարությամբ դառնում է դեպի գթասիրտ Հայրը․
«Հա՛յր, մեղանչեցի երկնքի դեմ և քո առաջ…» (Ղուկաս 15:21):
Հայրն, անշուշտ, ներում է նրան: Անգամ ի պատասխան ավագ որդու բողոքին, թե ինչո՞ւ է ուրախությամբ և պատվով ընդունում հայրական ունեցվածքը վատնած անառակին, ասում է.
«Քո այս եղբայրը մեռած էր և կենդանացավ, կորած էր և գտնվեց» (Ղուկաս 15:32):
Արագընթաց մեր օրերում ավետարանական պատումի հերոսի պես, մենք էլ շտապում ենք մեր հասանելիքն արագ ստանալ, վայելել կյանքն ըստ թելադրված ճոխությունների։ Սակայն շուտով ամեն բան ավարտվում է, աշխարհիկ ճոխությանը հաջորդում է հոգևոր սովը, խրախճանքին՝ տրտմությունը։ Զղջման, ապաշխարության ճանապարհն է, որ կարող է մեզ վերադարձնել «հայրական տուն», որտեղ մեզ սպասում են գրկաբաց և կարոտած, քանզի «մեռած» էինք և «կենդանացանք», «կորած» էինք և «գտնվեցինք»։
