Տղամարդը ցանկացել է վրեժխնդիր լինել նախկին նշանածից․ հատել է կնոջը պատկանող 526 բալենու ծառերը

Հայկ Գ․-ն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 526 հատ բալենու ծառ առանց թույլտվության հատելու համար։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք «Դատալեքս» դատական-տեղեկատվական համակարգից։
Մեղադրյալը և Թեհմինե Ե․-ն ամուսնության նպատակով 2019 թվականին նշանադրվել են։ 2021 թվականին վերջիններիս փոխհարաբերությունները կենցաղային հարցերի հետ կապված լարվել են, ինչից հետո Հայկ Գ․-ի կողմից որոշակի ոտնձգություններ են իրականացվել աղջկա նկատմամբ, որի հետևանքով նրա նկատմամաբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում և քրեական վարույթը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել է դատարան։
Ցանկանալով վրեժխնդիր լինել իր նախկին նշանածից, Երևանից գնացել է Վայոց ձորի մարզ և չունենալով նույն մարզի գյուղերից մեկը տանող ավտոճանապարհի ձախ մասում գտնվող, Թեհմինե Ե․-ին սեփականության իրավունքով պատկանող հողամասերում առկա բալենու ծառերը հատելու թույլտվություն, նույն օրը քննությամբ չպարզված գործիքով հատել և մինչև աճի դադարեցման աստիճանը վնասել է նշված հողամասերում առկա, նախկին նշանածին պատկանող թվով 526 հատ բալենու ծառերը՝ վերջինիս պատճառելով խոշոր չափերի՝ 2.524.800 ՀՀ դրամի գույքային վնաս։
