Առաջիկա ամիսներին Թուրքիան կսկսի «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի»՝ իր տարածքով անցնող 224 կիլոմետրանոց հատվածի աշխատանքները. այսպիսի հայտարարություն է արել Թուրքիայի տրանսպորտի և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Աբդուլքադիր Ուրալօղլուն Ստամբուլի տեխնիկական համալսարանում, հաղորդում է milliyet.com-ը:

««Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը» կսկսվի Ադրբեջանից, կանցնի Հայաստանով կամ Իրանով, ապա Նախիջևանով, հետո Դիլուչուով և Կարսով և կմիանա Բաքու-Թբիլիսի գծին։ Փաստորեն, այն նաև որոշակի առումով կմիանա մեր երկրի երկաթուղային ցանցին։ Այդ ուղղությամբ շինարարական աշխատանքներն ադրբեջանական կողմում շարունակվում են», - ասել է նա:

«Զանգեզուրի միջանցք» նախագիծը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանի բազմաթիվ անհիմն պահանջներից մեկն է։ Դրա նպատակն է, խաթարելով Հայաստանի վերահսկողությունը սեփական ինքնիշխան տարածքի մի մասի նկատմամբ, կտրել հայ-իրանական սահմանն ու Բաքուն կապել Նախիջևանին և Թուրքիային: Բաքուն պնդում է, որ Ադրբեջանը Նախիջևանի հետ պետք է կապ ունենա Սյունիքով, բայց առանց մաքսային ու սահմանային հսկողության։ Սակայն Երևանը հակադարձում է, որ հաղորդակցային ուղին պետք է լինի ՀՀ ինքնիշխանության ներքո:
