Telegram-ի հիմնադիր Պավել Դուրովը լքել է Ֆրանսիան

Telegram-ի հիմնադիր Պավել Դուրովին թույլ են տվել ժամանակավորապես լքել Ֆրանսիան, որտեղ նրան մեղադրում են կազմակերպված հանցավորությանն, իբրմ օգնելու հետ կապված բազմաթիվ խախտումների մեջ, հայտնում է AFP-ն՝ հղում անելով աղբյուրներին։
«Նա մեկնել է Ֆրանսիայից այսօր առավոտյան», - AFP-ին հայտնել է խնդրին ծանոթ աղբյուրը՝ հավելելով, որ Դուրովը հեռացել է իշխանությունների թույլտվությամբ։
Մեկ այլ աղբյուրի համաձայն՝ դատավորը նրան թույլ է տվել «մի քանի շաբաթով» հեռանալ Ֆրանսիայից։ Երրորդ աղբյուրը հայտնել է, որ Դուրովը գնացել է Դուբայ:
Telegram-ի ներկայացուցիչը հրաժարվել է մեկնաբանություններից, երբ նրա հետ կապվել է AFP-ն՝ ասելով, որ ընկերությունը հայտարարություն կտա ավելի ուշ:
Դատարանը մի քանի օր առաջ բավարարել է Դուրովի խնդրանքը՝ փոխելու նրա հսկողության պայմանները, հայտնել է գործին մոտ կանգնած աղբյուրը։
40-ամյա Դուրովը կալանավորվել է 2024 թվականի օգոստոսին Փարիզի մերձակայքում գտնվող Լե Բուրժե օդանավակայանում և նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել մի շարք հանցագործությունների համար՝ կապված իր հիմնադրած հաղորդագրությունների տարածված հավելվածի հետ: Նրան արգելել են լքել երկիրը։
Մի քանի օր տեւած հարցաքննությունից հետո նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ծայրահեղական և ահաբեկչական բովանդակությունը ճնշելու ձախողման համար, նա ազատ է արձակվել հինգ միլիոն եվրո գրավի դիմաց:
Դուրովը, ով ունի Ռուսաստանի, Ֆրանսիայի և Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունների քաղաքացիություն, սկզբում քննադատել է իր ձերբակալությունը, սակայն դրանից հետո հայտարարել է Փարիզի պահանջները կատարելու քայլերի մասին:
Հունվարին Telegram-ի հիմնադիրը Ֆրանսիայում քննիչներին ասել էր, որ «հասկացել է բոլոր մեղադրանքների լրջությունը», - ասել է աղբյուրը։
