ՀՀ զինված ուժերի համակարգում 2024 թվականին արձանագրվել է 2 հազար 93 դեպք (2023 թվականին՝ 2358 դեպք): Դեպքերից 762-ը եղել են պատահարներ (2023 թվականին՝ 803), 1331-ը ենթադրյալ հանցագործության դեպքեր (2023 թվականին՝ 1555), այդ թվում՝ 715-ը` զինվորական (2023 թվականին՝ 847), 616-ը` այլ հանցագործություններ (2023 թվականի՝ 708), 178-ը՝ ծանր (2023 թվականին՝ 242), 39-ը՝ առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործություններ (2023 թվականին՝ 78):

2024 թվականի ընթացքում ՀՀ զինված ուժերում զոհվել (մահացել) է 40 զինծառայող, որից ծառայության հետ կապված հանգամանքներում՝ 27 զինծառայող (հակառակորդի կողմից՝ 4 ԵԿՄ անդամ, սպանության հետևանքով՝ 5, որից՝ 1 ԵԿՄ անդամ, 1 վարժական հավաքի մասնակից (հրդեհ), ինքնասպանություն և ինքնասպանության հասցնել՝ 7, ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահար՝ 4, մարտական մեքենաներ վարելու կանոնների խախտում՝ 1, ավիավթար՝ 2, հիվանդություն՝ 3, որից 1 ԵԿՄ անդամ և դժբախտ պատահար՝ 1), ծառայության հետ չկապված հանգամանքներում՝ 13 զինծառայող (հիվանդություն՝ 3, ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահար՝ 7, ինքնասպանություն՝ 1, դժբախտ պատահար՝ 2):

2024 թվականին դատախազների կողմից հաստատված մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ դատարան է հանձնվել 904 քրեական վարույթ՝ 1026 անձի վերաբերյալ (2023 թվականին՝ 975 քրեական վարույթ՝ 1275 անձի վերաբերյալ)։  

2024 թվականին 937 քրեական գործ՝ 1089 անձի վերաբերյալ, քննվել և ավարտվել է դատարանում (2023 թվականին՝ 496 գործ՝ 578 անձի վերաբերյալ), 751 քրեա¬կան գործով՝ 842 անձի վերաբերյալ, կայացվել է մեղադրական դատավճիռ (2023 թվականին՝ 394 քրեական գործ՝ 426 անձի վերաբերյալ): 

Զինվորական կենտրոնական դատախազության պետական շահերի պաշտպանության բաժնի և կայազորների զինվորական դատախազությունների կողմից 2024 թվականին իրականացված ուսումնասիրություններով արձանագրվել է, որ պետությանը պատճառված վնասի չափը կազմում է 5 միլիարդ 677 միլիոն 550 հազար դրամ (2023 թվականին՝ 5 միլիարդ 62 միլիոն 243 հազար դրամ): Արտադատական կարգով 2024 թվականին վերականգնվել է 11 միլիոն 310 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլարին համարժեք 4 միլիարդ 462 միլիոն 706 հազար դրամ (2023 թվականին՝ 2 միլիար 482 միլիոն 453 հազար դրամ):
