Միջազգային դատական հայցերից փոխադարձաբար հրաժարվելով՝ Ադրբեջանը մեկ հիմնական նպատակ է հետապնդում․ Վարդան Օսկանյան

Անկախ նրանից, թե բովանդակությունն ինչ է, կարելի է արդեն ասել, որ սա Հայաստանի համար տիեզերական մասշտաբի խայտառակություն է: Այս մասին իր տեսաուղերձում ասել է ՀՀ նախկին ԱԳ նախարարն Վարդան Օսկանյանը՝ անդրադառնալով ՀՀ եւ Ադրբեջանի միջեւ խաղաղության համաձայնագրին, որի բանակցությունների ավարտի մասին հայտարարել են երկու երկրների արտաքին գերատեսչությունները:
«Երեկ հայտնի դարձավ, որ ՀՀ-ն ու Ադրբեջանն արդեն համաձայնության են եկել Խաղաղության համաձայնագրի բոլոր կետերի շուրջ։ Ես իհարկե փաստաթղթի բովանդակությանը ծանոթ չեմ, բայց մի քանի բան ակնհայտ է, որ այնտեղ խոսք անգամ չկա Արցախի մասին, խոսք անգամ չկա արցախահայության իրենց տները վերադառնալու իրավունքի մասին․ խոսք չկա մեր գերիների, պատանդների ազատարձակման մասին, նույնիսկ խոսք չկա Ադրբեջանի Զինված ուժերի կողմից Հայաստանի օկուպացված տարածքներից դուրս գալու մասին: Ես այդ բովանդակությունից ուզում եմ մի հարցի անդրադառնալ, որը գոյություն ունի այնտեղ, որովհետեւ ե՛ւ ԱԳ նախարարը ե՛ւ Փաշինյանը դա հաստատել են, որ Հայաստանը զիջել է, եւ Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը պետք է հետ կանչեն միջազգային դատական ատյաններից բոլոր հայցերը: Ես ծանոթ եմ մի հայցի մասին, որը կարծում եմ, որ Ադրբեջանի հիմնական նպատակն է դրա չեղարկումը, որովհետեւ այդ մի որոշումը Ադրբեջանի համար մեծ գլխացավանք է: Դա 2023 թվականի նոյեմբերի Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի որոշումն է, որտեղ պարտադրում է Ադրբեջանի ապահովել, թույլ տալ արցախահայությանը ապահով եւ անվտանգ հետ վերադառնալ իրենց տները, իրենց հայրենիք: Հավատացեք, որ սա մինչեւ հիմա էլ Ադրբեջանի համար եղել է գլխացավանք եւ հետո էլ լինելու է մեծ գլխացավանք հետագայի համար»,-ասում է նախկին արտգործնախարարը:
Օսկանյանը նշում է, որ Արցախի հարցերով հանձնախմբի անդամ է եւ կարող է արձանագրել շատ մեծ դրական արդյունքներ եւ բոլորի հիմքում միջազգային դատարանի որոշումն է:
