Ուկրաինայում հնարավոր 30-օրյա հրադադարը կարող է հիմք դնել երկարաժամկետ հրադադարի համար, սակայն անհրաժեշտ են հստակ պայմաններ։ Չի կարելի թույլ տալ ուկրաինական ուժերի վերախմբավորումն այդ ժամանակահատվածում, կարծում է անվտանգության եւ պաշտպանության ռազմավարությունների հետազոտությունների եւ իրականացման թուրքական կենտրոնի տնօրեն, պաշտոնաթող գեներալ Ֆահրի Էրենելը: Այս մասին հայտնում է Ria Novosti-ն։
«Պուտինը չի համաձայնի այդ գործընթացին անդամակցել, քանի դեռ չեն հստակեցվել հրադադարի և դրա մոնիթորինգի պայմանները։ Անկասկած, երկու կողմերի կողմից հրադադարի պահպանումը դրական ազդեցություն կունենա վստահության տեսանկյունից, սակայն դրա համար որոշակի ժամանակ կպահանջվի։ Հուսով եմ, որ կողմերը մոտ ժամանակներս կհասնեն խաղաղության», - ասել է փորձագետը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ կան բազմաթիվ հարցեր, որոնք պետք է պարզաբանվեն։
«Այս հրադադարը կարող է հիմք հանդիսանալ երկարաժամկետ հրադադարի համար։ Բայց հիմա շատ հարցեր կան, որոնք պետք է հստակեցվեն՝ ինչպես է իրականացվելու հրադադարի մոնիթորինգը, ինչպես են ձևակերպվելու երկու կողմերի գործողությունների մասին զեկույցները, ինչպես է կարգավորվելու նրանցից ստացվող տեղեկատվության հոսքը, ովքեր և ինչպես են հրապարակվելու դիտարկման արդյունքները», - հայտնել է Էրենելը։
«Չի կարելի թույլ տալ, որ 30-օրյա հրադադարը պայմաններ ստեղծի ուկրաինական ուժերի վերախմբավորման և Կիևի կողմից սպառազինության նոր համակարգերի տեղակայման համա»", - ընդգծել է փորձագետը:
