«Խաղաղության պայմանագիրը» մեզ համար «Պրահա 2» է․ Բագրատ Սրբազան

Ուզում եմ անդրադառնալ օրեր առաջ, ընդամենը երեկ կամ առաջին օրը հնչած այլևս այս չարիքի իշխանության կողմից խաղաղության պայմանագիր կոչվածին, որը իր խորքով, իր էությամբ, իր բնույթով, իր նկարագրով, իր արժեքով, ամեն ինչով կամ չարժեքով, պարզապես մեզ համար Պրահա 2 են: Այս մասին իր ուղերձում ասաց «Տավուշը հանուն հայրենիքի» շարժման առաջնորդ Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանը:
«Այսօր տեղի է ունենում այն մեծ ողբերգությունը, որը մենք անվանել ենք Պրահա 2, այսինքն՝ հանձնելու բոլորիս, մեր պատիվը, արժանապատվությունը, հայրենիքը, կյանքը, մեր ամեն ինչը, մեր գոյության իմաստը նույնիսկ: Եվ ի՞նչ էր ասում, մենք տեղեկություն ունեինք, որ այս ստախոսը, գերագույն ստախոսը հանդիպել է օտարերկրյա դեսպաններին և ասել, որ հայտարարության պիտի հանդես գա կամ դիմումով հանդես գա և այսպես դիմելով ժողովրդին, որ այդ պայմանագրի՝ հիշում եք 17 կետեր, այլևս, որոնք վերջին երկու-երեք կետերը համաձայնեցված չէին, այլևս համաձայնեցված են: Եվ սակայն, ինչպես տեսնում եք, ոչ թե հայտարարությամբ հանդես եկավ կամ դիմումով ժողովրդին, այդ վճռական, ճակատագրական փաստաթղթի հետ կապված, այլ պարզապես իրեն հատուկ, յուրահատուկ մոլորեցնելու ճանապարհով, այսպես իմիջիայլոց դարձնելու, որպեսզի որևէ կերպով արձագանքը և անդրադարձը համարժեք չլինի, նախ արտգործնախարարի շրթունքներով և ապա թշնամու արտգործնախարարի շրթունքներով հայտարարվեց այդ մասին և ապա նա ստախոսը լրագրողների հետ ոտքի վրա իմիջիայլոց խոսեց այն մասին, որ միջանցքը հանձնելու ենք, տալու ենք բառացի ասած, մնացած կետերն էլ համաձայնեցված են»:
Գալստանյանի խոսքով՝ միևնույն ժամանակ Փաշինյանն ասում էր, որ ժողովուրդն ամբողջությամբ տեղյակ է այս գործընթացից, սակայն ոչ մի բանից էլ տեղյակ չէ։
«Եվ հիմա ժամանակն է, որպեսզի այդ փաստաթուղթը, որը դուք այդքան գովերգում եք, հրապարակես, հրապարակես ուղղակիորեն՝ գրավոր տեքստով, ամբողջությամբ, որպեսզի ժողովուրդն իսկապես ծանոթ լինի։ Կամ ելնես և բարբաջես, խոսես, ուղղակիորեն խոսես, կետ առ կետ ընթերցելով և կարդալով, որպեսզի այլ որևէ ձևով ձեր սիրած բառով մանիպուլյացիաներ չստեղծես, խարդավանքի, մոլորեցման, ստի որևէ առիթ չստեղծես և մեղքը նորից որևէ մեկի վրա չդնես», -եզրափակեց Գալստանյանը:
