ԱՆ-ի պարզաբանումը դեղատներից հետ կանչված դեղերի վերաբերյալ

Երկու օր է մամուլում շրջանառվում է տեղեկություն, որ դեղատներից հետ են կանչվել որոշ դեղեր։ Պաշտոնապես հայտնում ենք՝ այդ դեղերի հետկանչը կապված չէ որակի հետ և ովքեր, որ արդեն դեղատներից ձեռք էին բերել ու օգտագործել այդ դեղերից, անհանգստանալու որևէ առիթ չունեն․ դրանք ոչ միայն անվտանգ են առողջության համար, չկա նաև որևէ խնդիր արդյունավետության հետ կապված։ Հետկանչի միակ պատճառն ու հիմքը փաստաղթղթային անճշտությունն է։ Այս մասին հայտնում են Առողջապահության նախարարությունից:
««Դեղերի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի համաձայն՝ դեղի գրանցման հավաստագրի իրավատերը պատասխանատվություն է կրում գրանցված արտադրանքի անվտանգության, արդյունավետության և որակի համար:
Այդ պարտավորության շրջանակներում մի շարք դեղերի գրանցման հավաստագրի իրավատեր «Մերկ» ՍՊԸ-ն տեղեկացրել է, որ միջնորդ կազմակերպություններից ներմուծվող որոշ դեղերի հավաստագրերի տվյալները չեն համապատասխանում իր կողմից տրամադրված բնօրինակ հավաստագրերին:
Տեղեկությունը ստանալուց հետո ՀՀ ԱՆ ընդլայնել է դեղերի ներմուծման (համապատասխանության) հավաստագրման ժամանակ իրականացվող փորձաքննության գործիքակազմը, ներառյալ՝ գրանցման հավաստագրի իրավատերերի և արտահանող երկրի իրավասու մարմինների հետ համագործակցությունը՝ ուղեկցող փաստաթղթերի իսկությունը հաստատելու համար, որի ընթացքում անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել նաև դադարեցնելու որոշ դեղերի շրջանառությունը և իրականացնելու հետկանչ:
Նորից նշենք՝ այս դեղերի հետկանչի որոշման հիմք հանդիսացող թերությունը որևէ վտանգ չի ներկայացնում մարդու առողջության համար, քանի որ չի առնչվում դեղի որակին, անվտանգությանը և արդյունավետությանը»,- ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
