Անշարժ գույքի շուկային ցնցումներ են սպասվում

Անշարժ գույքի շուկան բոլոր երկրներում էլ տնտեսական զարգացման ազդակիր ցուցիչներից է։ Տևական ժամանակ այդ ոլորտը մանր քայլերով հետընթաց է գրանցում, իսկ գործարքները շոշափելի նվազել են։
Կադաստրի կոմիտեի հրապարակած վերջին տվյալների համաձայն, 2025 թ. հունվարին անշարժ գույքի շուկայում արձանագրվել է անկում 2024 թ. նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ: Ընդհանուր գործարքների թիվը կազմել է 15,269 (2024 թ. հունվարի 16,394 գործարքի համեմատ նվազել է 6.9 %-ով):
3,7 տոկոսով նվազել են օտարման գործարքները։ 2025 թ. հունվարին գրանցվել է 5,547 օտարման գործարք 2024 թ. հունվարի 5,763 գործարքի համեմատ։ 6,5 տոկոսով նվազել են առուվաճառքի գործարքները՝ 3,640 գործարք 2024 թ. 3,894 գործարքի համեմատ։
Ամենալուրջ անկումը գրանցել է վարձակալության շուկան: 2025 թ. հունվարին գրանցվել է ընդամենը 802 վարձակալության գործարք (2024 թ. հունվարի 1,124 գործարքի համեմատ նվազել է 28.6 %-ով): Նվազել են նաև գրավադրման գործարքները, 10 տոկոսով անկում է գրանցել հիփոթեքային շուկան։
Մասնագետները, երկար ժամանակ ահազանգ էին հնչեցնում, որ անշարժ գույքի շուկան կարող է ընդհուպ փլուզվել, իսկ դրա շղթայական ազդեցությունն այլ ոլորտների վրա աղետալի հետևանքներ կունենա։ Թե ինչ է ձեռնարկում ՀՀ իշխանությունը շուկան կայունացնելու համար, որևէ տեղեկություն չկա։
