Մշակույթի զարգացման հիմնադրամը կգործի Հայաստանի ազգային պատկերասրահի տարածքում

ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը շրջել է Հայաստանի ազգային պատկերասրահի 8-րդ հարկում տեղակայված Մշակույթի զարգացման հիմնադրամի տարածքում, ծանոթացել կառույցի աշխատանքային պայմաններին ու գործունեության ընթացքին:
Այցին մասնակցել է նաև ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Ալֆրեդ Քոչարյանը:
Շրջելով տարածքում՝ նախարարը հետաքրքրվել է աշխատակազմի գործունեությամբ, ընթացիկ խնդիրներով, նոր միջավայրում աշխատանքային տրամադրվածությամբ և այլ հարցերով:
Ժաննա Անդրեասյանի խոսքով՝ Մշակույթի զարգացման հիմնադրամի գործարկման միջոցով փորձ է արվում բարձրացնել թանգարանների կառավարման արդյունավետությունը: Մասնավորապես՝ նախատեսվում է ԿԳՄՍՆ ենթակայությամբ գործող թանգարանների վարչատնտեսական կառավարումը պատվիրակել հիմնադրամին։
«Մենք կարևորում ենք թանգարանների մարքեթինգային միասնական քաղաքականությունը, որը կնպաստի թանգարանների տեսանելիության բարձրացմանը և կխթանի այցելուների թվի աճը: Հիմնադրամն այժմ իրականացնում է որոշ թանգարանների բրենդավորման և մարքեթինգային ռազմավարությունների մշակում: Այս ուղղությամբ դեռ շատ աշխատանքներ կան անելու, բայց առաջիկայում արդեն իսկ կտեսնենք մարքեթինգային նոր քաղաքականության առաջին արդյունքները։ Նոր քաղաքականության առանձին ու կարևոր մաս է դիտվում թանգարաններում հուշանվերների վաճառքի ավելի համակարգված կազմակերպումը, քննարկվում են նաև մասնավորի հետ համագործակցության հնարավորությունները՝ հուշանվերների արտադրության և վաճառքի նորովի վերապլանավորվման առումով»,- ասել է Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը՝ հավելելով, որ այդ նպատակով համապատասխան իրավական կարգավորումներն արդեն ապահովված են:
Ըստ նրա՝ թանգարաններում վաճառվող հուշանվերները թողարկվում են այնտեղ պահվող մշակութային արժեքների հիմքով, հետևաբար դրանք նաև հանրահռչակում են թանգարանային հավաքածուները: Հուշանվերների վաճառքի առանձին հատված կգործի նաև թանգարանների միասնական տոմսային էլեկտրոնային համակարգում:
Նախարարը Մշակութային զարգացման հիմնադրամի գործունեությունը կարևորել է նաև թանգարանների միջազգային համագործակցության խթանման տեսանկյունից՝ նշելով, որ այդ ուղղությամբ պլանավորվում են համատեղ ցուցադրություններ ու տարբեր ծրագրեր հեղինակավոր թանգարանների հետ:
Հանդիպման շրջանակում քննարկվել են նաև հիմնադրամի զարգացման ընթացիկ և հեռահար ծրագրերը, նախանշվել դրանց ուղղությամբ իրականացվող աշխատանքները:
