Հայաստանի քաղաքացիները հերթական անգամ ադրբեջանցի պաշտոնյաներից ու ԶԼՄ-ներից են տեղեկացել իրենց սպասվող հերթական աղետալի որոշման հետ։ ԱԳ նախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովը հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագրի տեքստի շուրջ բանակցություններն ավարտվել են, հայկական կողմը տեղեկացրել է, որ ընդունել է վերջին երկու կետերը, որոնք բաց էին մնում: Տեքստի շուրջ աշխատանքի ավարտի մասին ազդարարած Բայրամովը միանգամից Հայաստանից նոր ակնկալիքի մասին է խոսել, թե «հաջորդ փուլում պետք է հանվեն Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունում Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ տարածքային նկրտումները, բացի այդ, պետք է լուծարվի Մինսկի խումբն ու դրա մնացորդները»։

ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն որևէ մանրամասն չհայտնելով, պնդել է, թե Երևանն ընդունում է Ադրբեջանի առաջարկությունները հայ-ադրբեջանական խաղաղության համաձայնագրի նախագծի չհամաձայնեցված երկու հոդվածների վերաբերյալ։ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը պատրաստ է Ադրբեջանական Հանրապետության հետ սկսել խորհրդակցություններ Համաձայնագրի ստորագրման ժամկետների և տեղի շուրջ», - ասված է ՀՀ ԱԳՆ հայտարարությունում։

Խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրումից հետո դիտորդները դուրս կգան հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանից, միջազգային ատյաններում միմյանց դեմ ներկայացված հայցերը հետ կկանչվեն։ Սրանք այն կետերն էին, որոնք ամիսներ շարունակ Բաքուն պահանջում էր համաձայնեցնել։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը թե՛ լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը պարզորոշ հասկացրել է, որ մտադիր է ստորագրել Ադրբեջանի պարտադրած պահանջները, ճանապարհ տալ, դիտորդներին հեռացնել հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանից, միջազգային ատյաններում միմյանց դեմ ներկայացված հայցերը հետ կանչել։ Ավելին, ցինիկ ժպիտով շարունակում է իր դավաճանական վարքը՝ ամենևին չմտահոգվելով հետևանքների մասին։ Մինչդեռ, Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն հաջորդիվ հայտարարել է, թե խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրման գլխավոր պայմանը Հայաստանի Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունն է։

Ալիևի օգնական Հաջիևն էլ պահանջել է համագործակցել Բաքվում ընթացող դատավարությունների հարցում։ Բաքուն անգամ «պատերազմական հանցագործների» է պահանջում, գնալով նորանոր ու անդառնալի պահանջներ ներկայացնում։ Ու ներկայացնելու է, քանի դեռ Հայաստանում իշխող ուժը պատրաստ է կատարել թշնամու ամենափոքր քմահաճույքն անգամ։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ու նրա խմբակին ժամ առաջ հեռացնելն այլընտրանք չունի, մինչդեռ հասարակության մի զգալի հատվածը հորթի ժպիտով ուտում է նետված կուտը, ընդարմացած և ինքնասպանի համառությամբ ոչնչացնում ինքնիշխանության, պետության, ազգային արժանապատվության վերջին փշուրները։ Իսկ Փաշինյանի դեմ լայն համախմբման փոխարեն ընդդիմադիր ուժերը դեռ քննարկում են, թե ով է նրան բերել իշխանության։
