Թուրքիայի նախագահի արտաքին քաղաքականության և անվտանգության հարցերով գլխավոր խորհրդական Ակիֆ Չագաթայ Քըլըչը ադրբեջանական APA լրատվական գործակալությանը տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է, որ Թուրքիայի և Հայաստանի դիվանագիտական ​​ներկայացուցչությունների փոխադարձ բացման համար «ներկա իրավիճակում նախադրյալներ չկան»։

«Ստեղծված իրավիճակում այս հարցը քննարկելու նախադրյալներ չկան։ Եվ ես դրա վերաբերյալ տեղեկություն չունեմ։ Ուզում եմ ևս մեկ անգամ նշել, որ մեր դիրքորոշումն այս գործընթացի վերաբերյալ հայտնի է՝ Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագիրը շատ հարցերի լուծման բանալին կլինի»,-ըստ  ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցի՝ ասել է Էրդողանի գլխավոր խորհրդականը։

Նա միաժամանակ խոսել է Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացում Թուրքիայի դիրքորոշման մասին։

«Մեզ համար Ադրբեջանի անվտանգությունը և նրա տարածքային ամբողջականությունը ամենակարևոր գործոններն են։ Խոսելով այս դիրքից՝ մենք ուշադիր հետևում ենք ղարաբաղյան Երկրորդ պատերազմից հետո Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև տեղի ունեցող գործընթացին, խաղաղության պայմանագրի խնդրին և դրան համապատասխան քայլեր ենք ձեռնարկում։ Բնականաբար, քննարկումների մեջ ենք Հայաստանի հետ։ Կան միջազգային կառույցներ, որոնցում ներկայացված են Ադրբեջանը, Թուրքիան և Հայաստանը։ Մենք աշխատում ենք լավագույն լուծումը գտնելու, միասին առաջ շարժվելու և խաղաղության մեջ ապրելու ուղղությամբ»,- ասել է Քըլըչը։
