Մահացել է ԳԱԱ ակադեմիկոս, պրոֆեսոր Ալբերտ Ղուլյանը

ՀՀ ԳԱԱ նախագահությունը խորը ցավով տեղեկացնում է, որ մարտի 12-ին 86 տարեկան հասակում կյանքից հեռացել է ՀՀ ԳԱԱ ակադեմիկոս, ֆիզիկամաթեմատիկական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր Ալբերտ Գարեգինի Ղուլյանը։
Ալբերտ Ղուլյանը ծնվել է 1938թ․ մայիսի 2-ին՝ Արցախի Շահումյանի շրջանի Ղարաչինար գյուղում, ուսուցիչների ընտանիքում: 1960թ. ավարտել է Երևանի պետական համալսարանի ֆիզիկամաթեմատիկական ֆակուլտետը։ Աշխատանքային գործունեությունը սկսել է ՀՍՍՀ Գիտությունների ակադեմիայի Բյուրականի աստղադիտարանի ռադիոաստղագիտության բաժնից՝ որպես լաբորանտ: Նույն թվականին տեղափոխվել է ՀՍՍՀ ԳԱ Ռադիոֆիզիկայի և էլեկտրոնիկայի ինստիտուտ։ 1978թ․-ից մինչև կյանքի ավարտն Ալբերտ Ղուլյանը ղեկավարել է ՀՀ ԳԱԱ Ռադիոֆիզիկայի և էլեկտրոնիկայի ինստիտուտի կիրառական ռադիոֆիզիկայի լաբորատորիան:
Ալբերտ Ղուլյանի գիտական հետազոտությունները կապված են անտենաների բնութագրերի ուսումնասիրության ճշգրիտ մեթոդների մշակման հետ՝ հիմնված հաճախությունների լայն տիրույթում տիեզերական աղբյուրների աղմկային ռադիոճառագայթման ընդունման սահմանային զգայնությամբ ընդունիչ սարքերի և համակարգերի նախագծման և իրականացման վրա:
Նրա ղեկավարած լաբորատորիայում մշակվել են նոր մեթոդներ, որոնք ապահովում են անտենաների բնութագրերի չափման մեծ ճշգրտություններ, ստեղծվել են բարձր զգայնությամբ ընդունիչ համակարգեր, հրապարակվել է ավելի քան 250 գիտական աշխատանք և ստացվել 30 գյուտի վկայագիր։ Լաբորատորիայում ստեղծված նոր, ռադիոաստղագիտական մեթոդների և զգայուն ընդունիչ սարքերի միջոցով մեծ ճշգրտությամբ չափվել են նախկին Խորհրդային Միության տիեզերական կապի նպատակով ստեղծված բոլոր անտենաների բնութագրերը:
Ակադեմիկոս Ղուլյանը զգալի ավանդ է ունեցել երիտասարդ կադրերի պատրաստման գործում: 1975թ.-ից նա դասախոսել է Հայաստանի պետական ճարտարագիտական համալսարանի «Ռադիոսարքավորումներ» ամբիոնում:
Ալբերտ Ղուլյանն արժանացել է ՀՍՍՀ Պետական մրցանակի գիտության և տեխնիկայի ոլորտում։ 2000թ.-ին նա ընտրվել է ՀՀ ԳԱԱ թղթակից անդամ, 2010թ.-ին պարգևատրվել է Անանիա Շիրակացու մեդալով, իսկ 2014թ.-ին ընտրվել է ՀՀ ԳԱԱ ակադեմիկոս: Հանրապետության սահմանների պահպանության տեխնիկական վերազինմանը միտված Ղուլյանի ղեկավարած գիտական խմբի կատարած աշխատանքների շարքն արժանացել է 2011թ. հանրապետության Նախագահի մրցանակին:
ՀՀ ԳԱԱ նախագահությունը ցավակցում է Ալբերտ Ղուլյանի ընտանիքին, մերձավորներին և ընկերներին։ Մեծ գիտնականի, շիտակ, ազնիվ ու համեստ մարդու հիշատակը վառ կմնա իր գործընկերների և ուսանողների սրտերում:
Ալբերտ Ղուլյանի հոգեհանգստի արարողությունը տեղի կունենա մարտի 14-ին՝ ժամը 18։00-ին, Սուրբ Հովհաննես եկեղեցում (Կոնդ, Կոզեռնի փող., 15 շենք), իսկ hուղարկավորությունը՝ մարտի 15-ին՝ ժամը 12։00-ին, նույն վայրից։
