Դիմակավորված հատուկ ջոկատայինները նախօրեին երեկոյան Երևանի կենտրոնից ցուցադրաբար բերման էին ենթարկել մի խումբ անձանց և տեղափոխել Քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչություն։ Բերման ենթարկվածները եղել են ՔՊ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանի թիկնապահները, որոնք շրջել էին շարասյունով՝ արհամարհելով Փաշինյանի հանձնարարությունները։
