Ադրբեջանի ոչ ադեկվատությունն ազդում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման գործընթացի վրա և դրանում առաջընթաց չկա հենց այդ երկրի ապակառուցողական քայլերի պատճառով:«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝այս մասին 2015-ի ամփոփիչ ասուլիսի ժամանակ, պատասխանելով լրագրողների հարցերին, ասաց ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը:

Ըստ նախարարի՝ Ադրբեջանը ոչ միայն չի ընդունում, որ ապակառուցողական քաղաքականություն վարելու պատճառով չի վայելում Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկրների աջակցությունը, ավելին՝ փորձում է երևակայության գիրկն ընկնել ու իսլամաֆոբիայի մեջ մեղադրել համանախագահող երկրներին: «Դժվար է երևակայել, բայց նրանք ասում են, քանի որ Ադրբեջանը իսլամական երկիր է, իսկ համանախագահող երկրներն իսլամաֆոբ են, դրա համար դեմ են գործում Ադրբեջանին: Պետք է գիտակցել, որ կրոնական գործոնի շահարկումը հատկապես ներկա պայմաններում, շատ վտանգավոր է, որը առաջին անգամ չէ , որ նրանք կիրառում են: Տարբեր կառույցներում այդպիսի փորձեր արել են: Այս անգամ ուղղակի մեղադրում են համանախագահաներին իլամաֆոբիայի մեջ»,-ասաց նախարար Նալբանդյանը:

Արտգործնախարարի խոսքով՝ այս ամենին զուգահեռ Ադրբեջանը իր բոլոր անհաջողությունների մեջ մեղադրում է Հայաստանին: «Ասում են, թե մարդու իրավունքների վիճակով Ադրբեջանում ամեն ինչ իդեալական է, իսկ որ աշխարհը քննադատում է նրանց, Հայաստանի մեղքն է: Ասում են, Հայաստանն է մեղավոր, որ նավթն ավելի քիչ է արտահանվում Ադրբեջանից, ասում են, որ տեղական օլիգարխները, որոնք հովանավորությունը կորցնում են իրենց ղեկավարության կողմից, հայկական ծագում ունեն: Շատ պարզունակ, հեշտ բաներ: Ամեն ինչի մեջ մեղավոր են հայերը: Յոթ երգ գիտեն, յոթն էլ՝ հայերի մասին&raquo ;,-հավելեց Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը:

Ինչպես նշեց նախարարը, գիտաժողովներ ու շոուներ կազմակերպելով՝ Ադրբեջանը չի կարող իր երկիրն ավելի լավ դիրքերից ներկայացնել: «Ասում են, թե իրենք ամենահանդուրժող, տոլերանտ ու բազմամշակույթ երկիրն են, որն իր տեսակի մեջ միակն է: Նրանք իրոք միակն են,այն տոլերանտությունն ու հանդուրժողականությունը, որ իրենք են ցուցաբերում, որևէ մեկը չի կարող կիսել»,-նկատեց ԱԳ նախարարը:
