«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

rybar.ru–ն գրում է, որ վերջերս Հայաստանի խորհրդարանի եվրոպական ինտեգրման հարցերի հանձնաժողովը հետաձգել է ԵՄ-ին միանալու մասին օրենքի նախագծի քննարկումը։ Ի՞նչ է կատարվում այդ օրինագծի հետ։ Փետրվարին նախագիծը հաստատվեց առաջին ընթերցմամբ, չնայած այն բանին, որ խորհրդարանի իրավական հանձնաժողովը բացասական եզրակացություն տվեց դրա վերաբերյալ՝ մատնանշելով իրավական սխալներ և անընդունելի քաղաքական ձևակերպումներ։ Արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունն, օրինակ՝ առաջարկում է հանել «ԵՄ-ի նկրտումներին քաղաքական գնահատական» տվող նախաբանը, միայն անհրաժեշտ է նշել «ԵՄ-ի հետ հարաբերություններն ամրապնդելու իշխանությունների ցանկությունը»։ Սակայն երկրորդ ընթերցումը մարտի 5-ից հետաձգվեց մարտի 25-ը՝ «տեխնիկական պատճառներով»։ Ինչ վերաբերում է այդ հարցով հանրաքվեին: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարությունը բազմիցս հանրությանը համոզել է, որ ԵՄ-ին անդամակցելու հանրաքվե է անցկացվելու։ Սակայն Երևանը նորից մտափոխվել է, և այժմ խոսում են միայն 2026 թվականին Սահմանադրության փոփոխության հանրաքվեի մասին՝ Ադրբեջանի պահանջները բավարարելու համար։

Հայաստանի իշխանությունների քաղաքական տատանումները տեղի են ունենում ԵԱՏՄ-ին և ԵՄ-ին անդամակցության անհամատեղելիության մասին ՌԴ իշխանությունների հայտարարությունների ֆոնին։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, հետաքրքիր ինսայդերային տեղեկություններ են հայտնվել նաև հայկական լրատվամիջոցներում։ Օրինակ՝ որ Փաշինյանը բոլոր գերատեսչություններին հանձնարարել է առավելագույնս ակտիվացնել շփումները Ռուսաստանի հետ բոլոր ոլորտներում։ Վերջինս կապված է նաև Վալենտինա Մատվիենկոյի՝ Հայաստան այցի հետաձգման հետ, որը հանրապետություն պետք է այցելեր փետրվարին, սակայն այժմ ուղևորությունը նախատեսված է հունիսին։ Ըստ ամենայնի, ռուսական կողմը Հայաստանին մի քանի ամիս ժամանակ է տվել՝ որոշելու, թե արդյո՞ք պետք է շարունակի նստել երկու աթոռի վրա։

Դոնալդ Թրամփի և Զելենսկու կոնֆլիկտի հետ է կապված նաև ԵՄ-ին անդամակցելու վերաբերյալ հանրաքվե անցկացնելու և այդ նախագծի ընդունման վերաբերյալ դիրքորոշման վերանայումը։ Այժմ Վաշինգտոնը պատրաստ չէ աջակցել կասկածելի քաղաքական նախագծերին այն երկրներում, որոնց վրա նախորդ վարչակազմը միլիոնավոր դոլարներ է լցրել հակառուսական քաղաքականությանն աջակցելու համար։ Ակնհայտ է, որ Երևանին նաև մտահոգում է ԵԱՏՄ-ից դուրս գալու հեռանկարը՝ հաշվի առնելով այն, որ Արևմուտքի կողմից աջակցության երաշխիքներ չկան։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, ԵՄ-ին անդամակցելու գաղափարն անհրաժեշտ է Փաշինյանի թիմին իր վարկանիշը բարձրացնելու և ապատիայի մեջ գտնվող հայ հասարակությանը ապագայի նոր տեսլական առաջարկելու համար։ Սակայն ակնհայտ հակառուսական և արևմտամետ հռետորաբանության պայմաններում Ռուսաստանի հետ սերտ տնտեսական կապերի պահպանումը խնդրահարույց է դառնում:
