Սա մեր հարաբերությունների զարգացման ճանապարհին պարզապես հերթական այց չէ, այսօր մենք թևակոխում ենք գործընկերության նոր փուլ, որը քիչ առաջ արձանագրեցինք Հայաստանի և Նիդեռլանդների թագավորության միջև ռազմավարական գործընկերության մասին հռչակագրի ստորագրմամբ։ Այս մասին Երևանում Նիդեռլանդների ԱԳ նախարար Կասպար Վելդկամպի հետ համատեղ ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը:
Միրզոյանը նշեց, որ սա նոր հանգրվան է, որը թե՛ խորհրդանշական է, թե՛ միևնույն ժամանակ պարտավորեցնող, ուստի շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս այս կետին հասնելու կապակցությամբ և շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում տարված աշխատանքի համար և մեզ մաղթում հաջողություն այս փաստաթղթում նշված համագործակցությանը կյանքի կոչման ուղղությամբ։
«Նախարար Վելդկամպի հետ մեր այսօրվա քննարկումներում արդեն կենտրոնացել ենք մեր հաջորդիվ անելիքների վրա։ Մենք դրա համար արդեն ունենք շատ կոնկրետ և շատ ամուր հիմք, փաստաթուղթը, որը քիչ առաջ վկայակոչեցի, այդ փաստաթուղթը ընդգրկում է բազմաթիվ ոլորտներ, այդ թվում քաղաքական և տնտեսական կապերի ամրապնդում, ենթակառուցվածքներ, կիբեռ անվտանգության ոլորտում համագործակցության խորացում, ներառյալ պայքար հիբրիդային վտանգների սպառնալիքների դեմ, ժողովրդավարական ինստիտուտների ամրապնդում, արդարադատության և իրավունքի գերակայության խթանում և վերջինը թերևս նշեմ, բայց ոչ նվազ կարևորը մարդկանց միջև շփումները»,- ասաց նա։
Միրզոյանը հավելեց, որ շուտով հնարավորություն կունենաք ծանոթանալու փաստաթղթի մանրամասներին, այն կհրապարակվի։
«Հարգելի՛ գործընկերներ, անշուշտ մենք չենք խուսափել նաև մեր տարածաշրջանային հարցերը քննարկելուց, ներկայացրել եմ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության խաղաղության օրակարգը, երկխոսությունը մեր հարևանների հետ, Թուրքիայի հետ, Ադրբեջանի հետ բանակցային գործընթացը, նշել եմ նաև, որ համապատասխան կառուցողական վերաբերմունքի դեպքում մենք կարող ենք մոտ ապագայում շոշափելի հաջողություններ ունենալ այս ուղղություններով»,- ասաց նա։
