Արգենտինայում երեքշաբթի սկսվել է ֆուտբոլի լեգենդ Դիեգո Մարադոնայի բժշկական թիմի երկար սպասված դատավարությունը՝ 2020 թվականին նրա մահից ավելի քան չորս տարի անց, մի գործով, որը հույզերի փոթորիկ է առաջացրել երկրում, հաղորդում է Reuters-ը։

Մարադոնայի ընտանիքը, փաստաբանները և նրա նախկին բուժքույրերը, նյարդավիրաբույժն ու հոգեբույժը, ովքեր մեղադրվում են անզգուշությամբ սպանության մեջ, դատարան են ժամանել մայրաքաղաք Բուենոս Այրեսի ծայրամասում, ինչը խոստանում է դրամատիկ և շարունակական զրուցավեպ դառնալ:

Սան Իսիդրո վերաքննիչ դատարանի մոտ երկրպագուները բարձրացրել են «Արդարություն D10S-ի համար» գրությամբ ցուցանակներ՝ օգտագործելով Մարադոնայի մարզաշապիկի համարի և իսպաներեն Աստված նշանակող բառը:

Բժշկական թիմի յոթ անդամներ դատավարության ընթացքում պետք է կանգնեն դատարանի առաջ, որը, ինչպես սպասվում է, կարող է տևել մի քանի ամիս: Թիմի ութերորդ անդամը հուլիսին կհայտնվի երդվյալ ատենակալների առաջ։

Մարադոնան մահացել է 60 տարեկան հասակում իր սեփական առանձնատանը 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերին՝ սրտի անբավարարությունից, մինչդեռ դրանից օրեր առաջ վերականգնվում էր թրոմբը հեռացնելու վիրահատությունից հետո։

Ֆուտբոլային աստղի բժշկական թիմը հերքել է նրա բուժման ժամանակ « սովորական միտումնավոր սպանության» մասին մեղադրանքները: 

Մեղադրողներն ընթերցեցին մեղադրական եզրակացությունը լեփ-լեցուն դատարանի առաջ, որին ներկա էին Մարադոնայի նախկին կինը և նրա մի քանի երեխաները՝ հանգուցյալ աստղի  խնամքի պայմանները նկարագրելով որպես «աղետալի, անխոհեմ, ոչ համարժեք, աննախադեպ»: Նրանք պնդում էին, որ բուժանձնակազմը խախտել է սահմանված արարողակարգը, և որ այն տունը, որտեղ Մարադոնան ապաքինվում էր վիրահատությունից հետո, «սարսափների թատրոն» էր բնութագրվում, որտեղ ոչ ոք չէր անում այն, ինչ պահանջվում էր:

Նյարդավիրաբույժ Լեոպոլդո Լուկեի փաստաբանը հայտարարել է, որ բժիշկների և Մարադոնայի հարազատների միջև տնային հոսպիտալացումը համաձայնեցվել է: Ոչ մի սխալ արարք չի եղել, քանի որ Մարադոնան մահացել է անսպասելի սրտի կաթվածից, հավելել է փաստաբան Մարա Դիգյունին:

Մեղադրանքը հաստատվելու դեպքում մեղադրյալներին ութից մինչև 25 տարվա ազատազրկում է սպառնում:
