Փաշինյանը նոր դավադրություն է պատրաստում գյումրեցիների դեմ
ANALYSIS
Նախօրեին Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը հրապարակել է ընտրություններին մասնակցող 9 քաղաքական ուժերի ընտրական ցուցակները: «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության ընտրական ցուցակը բավական ուշագրավ է և իրականում այլ բանի մասին է վկայում։ Առաջին համարը քաղաքապետի թեկնածուն է՝ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախկին պատգամավոր Սարիկ Մինասյանը, երկրորդը՝ նախկին փոխքաղաքապետ Վահագն Մկրտչյանն է, ով Աննա Հակոբյանի ազգականն է։
Ցուցակում կան նաև քպական պատգամավորներ և այլ պաշտոնյաներ, սակայն ցուցակի վերին հորիզոնականներում։ Մարզպետ Դավիթ Առուշանյանը 99-րդն է, վարչապետի խոսնակ Նազելի Բաղդասարյանը 98-րդը, պատգամավոր Կարեն Սարուխանյանը 97-րդ–ը։ Ցուցակում են նաև նախկին փոխնախարար Հովհաննես Հարությունյանը, պատգամավոր Էմմա Պալյանը, նախկին փոխքաղաքապետ Արթուր Պապիկյանը, բայց նույնիսկ տեսականորեն նրանք շանս չունեն անցնել ավագանու կազմ։
ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրները վստահեցնում են, որ Փաշինյանը բոլորովին այլ նպատակներ ունի։ Մասնավորապես, գործող իշխանությունները բոլոր հնարավոր միջոցներով, վարչական ռեսուրսի կիրառմամբ, ոստիկանական բռնություններով, անգամ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում գումար բաժանելով փորձելու են ապահովել «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության հաղթանակը, և դրա համար է, որ Փաշինյանը նախընտրական քարոզարշավի ընթացքում չի խնայում ոչ միայն իր գլխավոր հակառակորդներին` 2-րդ, 3-րդ նախագահների հետ կապելով տարբեր թեկնածուների, այլև նույնիսկ իշխանությանը բավականին լոյալ «Եվրադաշինք»-ին և նրա թեկնածու Լևոն Բարսեղյանին։
Իրականում «Քաղպայմանագրում» անվստահություն Սարիկ Մինասյանի նկատմամբ կա նաև այսօր, և Մինասյանն ընդամենը հրապարակային ֆիգուր է, որի միջոցով էլ փորձում են ապահովել ՔՊ-ի հաղթանակը, դրանից հետո արդեն օրենքը գործի կդնեն, Սարիկ Մինասյանին որևէ բարձր և անշառ պաշտոնի կնշանակեն Երևանում, իսկ Գյումրիի քաղաքապետ կդառնա ցուցակում 2-րդ համարը զբաղեցնող Վահագն Մկրտչյանը։ Աննա Հակոբյանն ամեն ջանք փորձում է ներդնել իր ազգականին Գյումրիի քաղաքապետ դարձնելու համար, և Փաշինյանն էլ նրան հանգստացրել է, թե ընտրությունները Սարիկի դեմքով հաղթելուց հետո իրական քաղաքապետը կլինի հենց Վահագն Մկրտչյանը։ Ասում են` ՔՊ-ում հրաշալի հասկանում են այս կոնֆիգուրացիան, բայց առայժմ որևէ կերպ չեն բարձրաձայնում իրենց իրական մտադրությունները։
