Կայացել է Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի և Հնդկաստանի ԱԳ նախարար Սուբրամանյամ Ջայշանկարի առանձնազրույցը, որին հաջորդել է նախարարների ղեկավարած պատվիրակությունների՝ ընդլայնված կազմով հանդիպումը։
Ինչպես հայտնում են ԱԳՆ-ից, հանդիպման մեկնարկին իր խոսքում նախարար Միրզոյանը նշել է.
«Շնորհակալություն, հարգելի՛ նախարար Ջայշանկար: Հարգելի՛ ընկերներ, հարգելի՛ գործընկերներ, նախևառաջ, թույլ տվեք հայտնել իմ խորին երախտագիտությունը հրավերի և ջերմ ընդունելության համար: Հարգելի՛ նախարար, մշտապես մեծ հաճույք է Ձեզ հետ մտքեր փոխանակելու հնարավորություն ունենալ ոչ միայն մեր երկկողմ օրակարգի, այլև տարածաշրջանային ու գլոբալ գործընթացների վերաբերյալ։
Թույլ տվեք շնորհավորել Ձեզ Կրիկետի Միջազգային խորհրդի մրցաշարում Ձեր թիմի վերջին հաղթանակի կապակցությամբ: Կարծում եմ, որ սա կարևոր և բավականին խորհրդանշական իրադարձություն է։
Հարգելի՛ գործընկերներ, վստահ եմ, որ կհամաձայնեք, որ մեր հարաբերությունները, որոնք ավանդաբար ձևավորվել են դարավոր, կարելի է ասել, քաղաքակրթական կապերի հիման վրա, վերջին տարիներին զգալիորեն նոր մակարդակի են բարձրացել։ Եվ դա, առաջին հերթին, Ձեր անձնական ջանքերի և ներդրման շնորհիվ է, պարոն նախարար, ինչը մենք շատ ենք գնահատում։
Ձեր այցը Հայաստան 2021 թվականին, և իմ, ես կասեի, բավականին հաճախակի այցերը Հնդկաստան և մեր փոխգործակցությունը միջազգային հարթակներում վկայում են մեր երկու երկրների միջև գոյություն ունեցող շատ ակտիվ քաղաքական երկխոսության մասին։ Եվ ես վստահ եմ, որ մենք պետք է պահպանենք մեր երկու երկրների միջև բարձր մակարդակի այցելությունների այս դինամիկան։
Մենք ցանկանում ենք կառուցել ավելի ամուր տնտեսական, առևտրային, տեխնոլոգիական և մշակութային կապեր Հնդկաստանի հետ, որպեսզի մեր երկու ժողովուրդներն էլ օգտվեն այս հարաբերություններից առաջիկա տասնամյակներում և դարերում:
Այլ հարցերի թվում մենք կարևորում ենք նաև երկու երկրների արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունների միջև պարբերաբար անցկացվող քաղաքական խորհրդակցությունների դերը, ինչպես նաև Միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի կանոնավոր նիստերը։
Հարգելի՛ գործընկերներ, ցանկանում եմ տեղեկացնել, որ առանձնազրույցի ընթացքում ես և նախարար Ջայշանկարն արդեն հնարավորություն ենք ունեցել քննարկելու մեր երկկողմ օրակարգի մի շարք կարևորագույն հարցեր, ինչպես նաև տարածաշրջանային և գլոբալ խնդիրներ։
Եվ ես ուրախ եմ շարունակել մեր քննարկումներն ընդլայնված ձևաչափով»։
Արարատ Միրզոյանի և Սուբրամանյամ Ջայշանկարի հանդիպման արդյունքներով ստորագրվել են հետևյալ փաստաթղթերը.
- «ՀՀ ԱԳՆ դիվանագիտական դպրոցի և Հնդկաստանի Հանրապետության Սուշմա Սվարաջ արտաքին ծառայության ինստիտուտի միջև» փոխըմբռման հուշագիր,
- «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության առողջապահության նախարարության ակադեմիկոս Է Գաբրիելյանի անվան դեղերի և բժշկական տեխնոլոգիաների փորձագիտական կենտրոնի և Հնդկաստանի Հանրապետության առողջապահության և ընտանեկան բարեկեցության նախարարության դեղերի ստանդարտների վերահսկման կենտրոնական կազմակերպության միջև դեղերի կարգավորման բնագավառում համագործակցության մասին» փոխըմբռման հուշագիր։
