Blog.1in.am-ը ներկայացնում է մեղրի օգտագործման 15 անսպասելի և օգտակար միջոց:
1. Մաշկի խոնավեցում
Չոր մաշկի վրա մեղր են քսում և թողնում 30 րոպե, հետ լվանում տաք ջրով: Մեղրով կարելի է ոտքերի համար սկրաբ պատրաստել՝ 1 բաժակ մեղր, 2 ճաշի գդալ կաթ և 1 բաժակ նարնջի հյութ:
2. Մազերի վերականգնում
Մեղրին ավելացնում ենք 1 թեյի գդալ սովորական շամպուն, խառնուրդը քսում մազերին և թողնում 20 րոպե: Ավելի լավ արդյունքի համար կարելի է ձիթապտղի յուղ ավելացնել:
3. Թուլացնող վաննա
Ջրում լուծում ենք 2 ճաշի գդալից 1 բաժակ մեղր և ավելացնում մի քանի կաթիլ լավանդայի յուղ:
4. Դիմակ դեմքի համար
Արդյունավետ տնային դիմակի համար 3 բաղադրիչը բավարար է՝ կիտրոն, ավոկադո և մեղր:
5. Պայքար ալերգիայի դեմ
Տեղական մեղրի օգտագործումը նվազեցնում է ալերգիայի նոպաները գարնանը, մեղրի մեջ ծաղկափոշու ոչ մեծ քանակությունն օրգանիզմին կօգնի դրան դիմանալ բույսերի ծաղկման շրջանում:
6. Ամուր քուն
Եթե անքնության հետ կապված խնդիրներ են առաջացել, քնելուց առաջ լեզվի վրա պետք է դնել 1 կաթիլ մեղր:
7. Ատամների ողողում
Անհրաժեշտ է՝
- 1 բաժակ ջուր,
- 1 թեյի գդալ մեղր
- 1 թեյի գդալ սոդա
- 4 կաթիլ անանուխի եթերային յուղ
- 4 կաթիլ կիտրոնի յուղ
- Ստևիա (մեղրախոտ)՝ ըստ ցանկության
8. Էկզեմայի բուժում
Էկզեման բուժել և քորից ազատվել կօգնի մեղրի և դարչինի խառնուրդը՝ հավասար չափաբաժիններով:
9. Իմունային համակարգի ամրապնդում
Մրսածությունը կանխարգելելու համար պետք է օրը սկսել 1 բաժակ տաք ջրից ու 1 ճաշի գդալ մեղրից: Ավելի լավ արդյունքի համար կարելի է ավելացնել կիտրոնի հյութ և մի պտղունց դարչին:
10. Մեղրով լիմոնադի պատրաստում
Անհրաժեշտ է՝
- 0,5 բաժակ մեղր
- 5 բաժակ ջուր
- 1 բաժակ կիտրոնի հյութ (6 կիտրոն)
11. Խումհարից ազատում
Պետք է 1 բաժակ ջրին ավելացնել 2 ճաշի գդալ մեղր
12. Այրվածքների, կտրվածքների և կապտուկների բուժում
Վնասված տեղին պետք է բարակ շերտով մեղր քսել: Այն բնական հականեխիչ է, կօգնի վերքը բուժել:
13. Մեղրով յուղի պատրաստում չիլիով
Անհրաժեշտ է՝
- 100 գ սենյակային ջերմաստիճանի կարագ
- 1,5 ճաշի գդալ մեղր
- 1 թեյի գդալ չիլի պղպեղ
- Աղ:
14. Փոխարինում շաքարավազին
Մեղրը հրաշալի այլընտրանք է նրանց համար, ովքեր աշխատում են հրաժարվել շաքարավազից:
15. Շուրթերի համար բալզամի պատրաստում
Մեղրը հրաշալի բնական խոնավացուցիչ է: Կարելի է միայն մեղր օգտագործել, բայց նաև բալզամ պատրաստել՝
- ¼ բաժակ մեղրամոմ
- 2 ճաշի գդալ կոկոսի յուղ
- ¼ բաժակ վարդի չորացրած թերթիկներ
- ½ թեյի գդալ վանիլի էքստրակտ
- ¼ թեյի գդալ մեղր
