ՀԱՊԿ-ից կոշտ զգուշացնում են ՀՀ իշխանություններին

Եթե Հայաստանը մինչև 2025-ի ավարտը ՀԱՊԿ բյուջե չվճարի իր բաժին ֆինանսավորումը, ապա կազմակերպության անդամ երկրները «կարող են տարբեր սցենարներ դիտարկել», «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ին ասել է Ռուսաստանի փոխարտգործնախարար Ալեքսանդր Պանկինը՝ միևնույն ժամանակ շեշտելով՝ «բայց, հավանաբար, ՀԱՊԿ-ից ոչ ոք նրան չի վտարի»։ Իսկ, թե ինչ այլ սցենարների մասին է խոսքը, Ռուսաստանի փոխարտգործնախարարը չի մանրամասնել։ Նա միայն այլ երկրների օրինակն է բերել՝ նշելով, որ «եղել են դեպքեր, երբ այլ երկրներ տեխնիկական, ֆինանսական և այլ պատճառներով պարտքեր են ունեցել»։

Հայաստանը 2024-ի փետրվարին հայտարարեց, որ սառեցնում է իր մասնակցությունը ՀԱՊԿ-ի միջոցառումներին, ապա հրաժարվեց իր բաժին ֆինանսավորումը հատկացնել այդ կառույցին, տևական ժամանակ չի մասնակցում համատեղ զորավարժություններին, հանդիպումներին, բայց պաշտոնապես չի դիմել ՀԱՊԿ-ից դուրս գալու գործընթաց սկսելու համար։

Կարելի է տարբեր մտավարժանքներ անել, թե ինչո՞ւ է հենց հիմա ՌԴ-ից հնչում այս նախազգուշացումը։ Հաշվի առնելով, որ Փաշինյանն ու իր իշխանությունը, ԱՄՆ նախագահ Թրամփի քաղաքականությունից ահաբեկված փորձում են բարելավել կապերը Ռուսաստանի հետ, Մոսկվայում կարծում են, թե կարող են Հայաստանին մղել՝ վերականգնել շփումները նաև ՀԱՊԿ ներսում, մի կողմ դնել տարաձայնությունները։ Երևանն առայժմ չի արձագանքել, և ՌԴ փոխարտգործնախարարի հայտարարությունը ՀՀ իշխանությունների տրամադրությունները ստուգելու փորձ է։
