Նոյեմբերի 1-ից կգործարկվի ոստիկանության գվարդիան

ՆԳՆ հենասյունային բարեփոխումների շրջանակում նոյեմբերի 1-ից կգործարկվի Ոստիկանության գվարդիան, որը նոր սպառազինությամբ ու վերապատրաստված անձնակազմով պատասխանատվություն կստանձնի մի շարք ուղղություններով: Գվարդիան կիրականացնի հասարակական կարգի պահպանության և հասարակական անվտանգության ապահովման, պետական շենքերի ու կարևորագույն օբյեկտների պաշտպանության, պետական արարողակարգով նախատեսված պատվիրակությունների ուղեկցման, ինչպես նաև ռազմական և արտակարգ դրության իրավական ռեժիմի ապահովման գործառույթներ:
Գվարդիայի գործառույթների արդյունավետությունը բարձրացնելու համատեքստում՝ Լիտվայի Հանրապետության Հանրային անվտանգության ծառայության հրամանատար Վիկտորաս Գրաբաուսկասի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը, միջազգային փորձի փոխանակման և համագործակցության ամրապնդման նպատակով, Հայաստանում էր։
Այցի շրջանակում տեղի է ունեցել «ԵՄ-ում ոստիկանական գվարդիաների կառուցվածքը, գործառույթային խնդիրները և լավագույն փորձը» թեմայով կլոր սեղան-քննարկում։ Մասնակցում էին Ոստիկանության զորքերի հրամանատար Հայկ Բաբայանը, Լիտվայի Հանրապետության Հանրային անվտանգության ծառայության հրամանատար Վիկտորաս Գրաբաուսկասը, ներկայացուցիչներ ՆԳ նախարարությունից, ինչպես նաև միջազգային փորձագետներ։
Քննարկվել են Ոստիկանության գվարդիայի կառուցվածքային առանձնահատկությունները, զարգացման ուղիները, տեխնիկական հագեցվածությունն ու գործընկեր կառույցների հետ փոխգործակցությունը։ Միջազգային լավագույն փորձի ներդրման նպատակով անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև լիտվական Հանրային անվտանգության ծառայության գործառույթներին, աշխատանքի առանձնահատկություններին, կառավարման մոդելներին, ինչպես նաև համագործակցության հնարավորություններին։
Պատվիրակությունը շրջայց է կատարել ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության զորքերում՝ ծանոթանալով նյութատեխնիկական հագեցվածությանն ու ծառայության մարտահրավերներին։
Ավարտին Ոստիկանության զորքերի հրամանատարը արդյունավետ համագործակցության համար պարգևատրել է պատվիրակության անդամներին։
Հյուրերը եղել են նաև ՆԳՆ կրթահամալիրում, որտեղ ԵՄ կողմից ֆինանսավորվող «Աջակցություն Հայաստանում իրավապահ մարմինների և անվտանգության ոլորտի բարեփոխումներին» ծրագրի շրջանակում երկշաբաթյա վերապատրաստման մասնակիցներին հանձնել են հավաստագրեր։
