Տուսկը Մեծ Բրիտանիայի պահանջով ներկայացրեց ԵՄ-ի բարեփոխումների նախագիծը

Եվրախորհրդի նախագահ Դոնալդ Տուսկը ներկայացրել Է ԵՄ-ի բարեփոխումների նախագիծը, որոնք պետք Է Մեծ Բրիտանիայի վարչապետ Դեւիդ Քեմերոնի կառավարությանը թույլ տան կոչ անել իրենց ընտրողներին՝ հանրաքվեում քվեարկել Միության կազմում երկրի պահպանման օգտին, տեղեկացնում Է«Արմենպրես»-ը:

Փաստաթուղթը ներառում Է «ազգային խորհրդարանների կողմից եվրոպական օրինագծերի վերանայման մեխանիզմը» եւ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի իրավունքը՝ «մինչեւ չորս տարի ժամկետով հետաձգել նոր ժամանած օտարեկրյա միգրանտների ներգրավումը երկրի սոցիալական համակարգում»:

Այն նաեւ երաշխավորում Է Միացյալ Թագավորության իրավունքը՝ «ձեռնպահ մնալ ԵՄ-ին ավելի խորը քաղաքական ինտեգրացումից (ներառյալ եվրոյի գոտուց եւ Շենգենից դուրս մնալու իրավունքը), ինչպես նաեւ օգտվել անվտանգության ոլորտում ինքնուրույն որոշումների ընդունման իրավունքից: Բացի այդ, ԵՄ-ի երկրները «զգալիորեն կակտիվացնեն ջանքերը եվրոպական արտադրանքի մրցունակությունը բարձրացնելու համար»:

Դոնալդ Տուսկն առաջարկում Է սկզբնական փուլում այդ բարեփոխումներն ամրագրել ԵՄ-ի գագաթնաժողովի պարզ որոշմամբ, իսկ այնուհետեւ «դրանք Եվրամիության հիմնարար փաստաթղթերում մտցնել դրանց հերթական լրամշակման ընթացքում»:

«Բարեփոխումների մասին որոշումը ուժի մեջ կմտնի միայն ԵՄ-ի բոլոր երկրների ղեկավարների կողմից հավանության արժանանալու դեպքում, եւ միայն եթե Մեծ Բրիտանիան որոշում ընդունի մնալ հանրակցությունում»,-ասված Է փաստաթղթում: Այս առաջարկությունները քննարկվելու են ԵՄ-ի՝ փետրվարի 18-19-ին կայանալիք գագաթնաժողովում, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
